OMG… I used to think Subway was the BOMB, but Firehouse, hands down…. the best I’ve ever had in my life! The employees were extremely accommodating (2 of us had obvious disabilities), the cashier was so sweet and brought our orders outside where we were sitting. She was very pleasant! She even came out a second time to bring napkins and see if we needed anything else. We could tell everyone at this location totally loved and enjoyed their jobs…
It must not be too bad.. we cracked up when a couple local firefighters walked out after eating their lunches. I will recommend Firehouse Subs until the end of time!

I ordered two medium subs on the app for takeout but the app kept giving me problems. After the 4th or 5th attempt, I was able to process the order but I didn’t receive a confirmation email so I checked my bank account and it showed that it took my money. I went down there just to check and made sure my order went through and the lady at the front counter said it did and they’re currently making it. Long story short, I told her about the app and she was being very nonchalant about it. It seems like the workers here really aren’t concerned with customer complaints. This is the most frustrating experience I’ve had with this restaurant and I’ve been going to this location for a while now and I have never had one negative experience until now.

Younger girl was wiping tables and working in front of the counter. She might have been new but I couldn’t say that 100%. The two ladies in the back suddenly needed pickles out of the cooler so they called out and asked her to get them. She immediately said like “Just two seconds!” and quickly finished the table she had started and it literally took just that long.

For the mean girls, when they say “Get the pickles” they really mean business though. They got all cranky and so one lady walked over and pulled them out herself while the second one scolded her for failing to appreciate urgency of the pickle mission. If a squad leader can’t count in her soldiers then he companions could die in battle and all.

They weren’t very pleasant to me either but that’s common for delivery drivers. At least I know now that they operation with military efficiency.

Props to the lady working the line, making the food. It was on point ! I’ve been to a couple different locations and this is by far the best one. Perfect amount of sauce and perfectly toasted bread. The cashier was nice and their store is clean. Would highly recommend this location ! 10 out of ten

This a great location, very busy. Not a lot parking but well lit. Access from the street is tight. However, very clean and they follow all safety covid protocols. Very easy menu to use and medium priced. Indoor and outdoor seating. Curbside pick up and webpage. Food is very tasty and get you het a lot on your sandwich. Chips and soda fountain. Nice atmosphere and cool wall fixtures. Very highly recommended.

The New York Steamer at FireHouse Subs is my favorite sub period. The combination of corned beef, pastrami and provolone w/ deli mustard, and added jalapenos and banana peppers makes this sandwich stand alone. Wow, what a flavor sensation.

The Pepperoni Pizza Meatball Sub is also a delicious choice. The New York Steamer is stll my favorite sandwich, but this meatball sub is outstanding. The pepperoni is really tasty, the meatballs tender and delicious and the marinara tops it off perfectly.
