The food was delicious with fresh toppings, and warm.
Service was friendly, it just seems that this particular location gets a lot of online orders so if you are dining in, it takes a bit longer to get your food.
The restrooms need work. One was completely out of order. The other was filthy and the paper towel dispenser is broken.
Outdoor tables looked like they had not been cleaned for a few days.

The food was good but it is absolutely disgusting inside. The entry doors are filthy dirty. The men’s bathroom door knob is falling off. The sink in the men’s bathroom is more likely to wash your face than hands. The soda fountain doesn’t look like it ever gets cleaned. If I was the parent company I would be embarrassed! Food was good but had I seen the conditions beyond the front door I wouldn’t have spent my money there.

I only began frequentkng this place about a month or so ago but I have loved every sandwich I’ve had there. The staff are always open to give a sub suggestion and get the food out quick with a good sense of humor. I highly recommend this place

First time here. What a nice colorful decorated store. Super clean inside. Was greeted with a friendly “Welcome to Firehouse “. Ordered the New York Steamer but added lettuce and tomato. Great flavor explosion in my mouth. Wonderful meats and melty cheese. Loved the pickle on the side. Easy to see store from the street. Has good parking.
