First time here and Boy ! OH BOY! DID I ENJOY!!
I tried the limit time only Cuban Sandwich which was amazing!! It was different in its own way the some bbq it added zing and some spice to the Cuban,this was a Great Sandwich to try I highly recommend while it’s around!! Plenty of meat and the Size was worth the price!.
The Second Sandwich I got was there Turkey Bacon Ranch! This wasn’t your typical turkey bacon ranch Sandwich! One thing I like about firehouse subs is all there subs taste different it’s not the same as your other sub shops! This Sandwich was good ,alpt of turkey,bacon and just enough ranch sauce! I’ll definitely be back to get it again!!
The manager Jeanine was super nice and friendly and she did such a great job making me feel welcomed and got my Sandwiches done fast!! She is a great manager and a great asset to your Lakeland location!! Thank you!!

I sometimes forget about Firehouse subs because it’s in a weird place. There subs are always really good. I’m a New York steamer guy. Grab some subs when you get your hair cut or grab something for your pet.

People working there were great, the place was really clean with plenty of seating and and clean bathrooms. The hook and ladder sub left a bit to be desired. I got a buy one get on free with a tmobile add but I have to say their prices are a bit to high for me to oder ther otherwise.

I really enjoy the food, but this is my third time visiting and every single time I do, the (I’m guessing manager because her uniform is different) has a major attitude issue. She was passive aggressive about our orders and normally I don’t mind, but it crossed a line today when she showed unnecessary hostility towards us. She either needs to be retrained to have some hospitality or needs to be kept in the back away from customers. I do not intend on insulting her personally, but it’s unacceptable to make guests feel unwelcome or like inconveniences.

The manager ashley needs to have a talking too. I understand that as a manager you have a lot of things on you late at night but as a manager you should have decorum which is why a person gets a position like that. She told my fience one thing and then me another blantly lied about it then disrespectedly gave me the food.

This is the first time I’ve ever been to a firehouse Firehouse subs fast food place and this is my honest review when we walked in it took us a minute to figure out where to order from there must have been six people in there and it was they where disorganized The tables were dirty they took our order and didn’t mention to us how are where to collect our order, I walked up to the counter and asked how do we pick up our order do you deliver it to us at the table do you bring it to us to the counter do you call our name I don’t know how you give our food to us our food came 22 minutes after we arrived with seven people working I think they probably could have got it to us a little faster but they didn’t it looked a little disorganized behind the counter were six or seven people were walking around each other continuously, the place didn’t seem like it was very homey as a place that you could just sit down and enjoy a family gathering, I ordered the half brisket and the macaroni the brisket was okay it wasn’t great the macaroni was awful I felt like I was eating raw pasta macaroni very chewy my son ordered the chicken sandwich and he said the tastiest part of his sandwich was to pickle we paid $25 even for a meal and I’ll be the first to say that I could have gotten subway for $18 and had a much better meal will I go there again probably not.

Nobody said “welcome to Firehouse”, which I thought was a trademark. Ordered a 12″ Hook and Ladder with 2 pickles. Response: “We don’t allow that”. Why?, I asked. Response “We have a shortage of pickles”. And a curt “Whatever + eye roll” when I changed my order to 2 6″ sandwiches.
