I ordered through Uber eats I didn’t like what I saw. I’m a manager and I also deliver through second parties. The bag didn’t have no receipt stating who made my food nor stickers that is mandatory for all deliveries. I called to get 8 pickles added to order only received 4. I ordered a bowl of chilli and it came 1/3 of a bowl. My sub was cold, whomever made this should be ashamed of yourself. I ordered this meal at any Firehouse sub and I had never been disappointed in my life.

Friendly service. I was greeted by 2 different people when I walked in. Service was fast and my sandwich was good. You can get them with many options. There’s a rack with firefighters gear that the kids can try on while they are there.

The bathroom because there’s no toilet paper, trash bags or even worst, SOAP. How are your employees washing their hands!!!!! Children sitting in corner of the building during school hours. What is going on here?!

Pros: You have great sandwiches and the firehouse theme is great! I want Firehouse to succeed! What happened!
It is tough for a business to succeed under the best circumstances but more difficult when you are not on top of the game.
First, when someone walks in employees should say, “welcome to Firehouse.” Or they should say something said at a firehouse such as ladders on deck?? Something.
Second, your restrooms should be checked frequently and Never filthy. (Grime in sink, dirt on walls etc.
Third, knowledge. The employees should be trained so they are prepared to take an order and complete the order without a committee meeting.
Dining area at 11:30 am. There were just a couple of us here at first but a few more came in – but there was no rush! I had to go to three tables to get one that was not messed up, stuff on floor in various places (not bad but not excellent).
Those employees not directly involved with customers should be cleaning tables, sweeping up trash and ensuring the machines are all working.
Finally, the employees don’t look happy to be here.
Recommendations: (since I have been in business). Play some music, have your employees speak to customers, ensure things are tidy.

My husband got subway today but I didn’t get anything cause I wasn’t feeling it. But listen, we got home and I was like damn I’m craving a meatball sub. So I got a meatball sub, except it was just bread. The meatballs were legit the size of olives. The bread was so large. I’m not a vegetarian, pescatarian, or any of that crap but I can enjoy bread and vegetables and stuff you know. But I think the lack of meat on this thing would’ve made a vegetarian even question it. I’m Italian and can 100% those meatballs were a disgrace to my heritage. I like the pepperoni though.
