Male Employee was courteous on the phone, took my order was specific; a vegan order (no dairy at all, just veggies). Completed the order. Picked it up several minutes later. Walk in to “Welcome to Firehouse”. Female Employee (cashier) was also courteous and friendly, cashied my order out and said, have a good weekend. Very Pleasant experience.

So my wife placed an online order for two sandwiches and everything was smooth until we got back home. And could be a simple mistake but the order was all wrong. Everything my wife wanted on her sandwich was on mine and everything I wanted was on hers. Even the bread was mixed up. We use to come here a lot but last few times just have been disappointing. And the parking is terrible on the weekends it seems
