Decided to stop here for the French fries , and tried the new Chicken cheddar rancher sandwich and it is goooood!! The customer service was also awesome! In the past I’ve stopped at a couple Firehouse and the employees lacked personality but not at this one…. Nate rang me up with a smile and answered my questions about making this sandwich the way I wanted it!!! Good job

Food was hot and fresh.the place was clean and the people were nice.. however im dissapointed at the amount of meat on my sandwich..the other doenside is the parking lot has tight parking spots and there were too many cars going in and out for my taste

I love this location. It is always clean everybody that works. There is amazing. I don’t go to any other location but the one on Medical Center Parkway and thank you Madison for waiting on me when I went there. You are a great cashier.

First time visiting Firehouse Subs. TERRIBLE location. hard to get into the parking lot. hard to see from the road… it’s right there, too much stuff blocking the building. parking lot VERY SMALL.
the service was awesome, the food was OK, I ordered a steak and cheese with no peppers. NO GREEN PEPPERS, NO HOT PEPPERS.. NO PEPPERS at all.. I got EXTRA PEPPERS…. come on a $13 sub and you can’t get an order correct?
it wasn’t real busy. there were a few people there,,, maybe 8 or so. there is no need to ever return to firehouse subs. I mean they can’t get a simple order correct.

Had a great customer experience with Steven, my 5yr old son just wanted some fries and a drink with the hero sauce I think?! It was very good. The fries were hot and fresh. However, what stood out the most was how kind, professional, and friendly Steven was. We’re definitely going to come back for a full meal. Thank you Steven!

They were a bit busy but got my order taken and was out within 13 minutes. I got the roastbeef sub with extra meat and it was delicious and huge so ill have the rest for breakfast in the morning and I’ll definitely be back. All the employees were nice and even though they were a bit busy, it was clean where they make the subs.

I love this firehouse it’s always amazing, I just had the best large Italian sub that I ate the entire thing when I planned on eating half. Blake, Robert, Chris, Austin, and Hayley made my entire week. I ordered extra mayo and Italian dressing and they made it saucy and soooo delicious. I’m so happy and I love them so much right now lol
