First time making my way to this location and the service was great, the gentlemen working 2/1/26 7:44PM wearing blue I believe he is the manager on duty was exceptional. I had a difficult request and he was brought over and ensured I was listened and attended to, it speaks so much to get such service.

A coworker of mine had a sandwich from here. I asked her where she got it and she told me firehouse subs. I have never had firehouse sub, but the sandwich looked really good so I decided to go.
On 11/13 I ordered me a sandwich online. I go inside to pick it up the lady at the counter, I believe her name was Cass, She was not very welcoming or friendly. The wait was long for my sandwich even though I ordered it online, but the lady that handed it to me did apologize for the wait so that was nice.
The sandwich was so good. I decided to come back on 11/14 but this time I decided to go through the drive-through to pick up my sandwich instead of going inside. I ordered my sandwich online. I drive there to pick it up. I get to the menu outside and I sit there for a while and I finally say hello because no one greeted me and someone responded back. They will be with me in a minute. I continue to sit there. There were no other cars in line not even at the window. I decided to drive around to the front go inside and get my sandwich that was sitting there ready.
I really like the sandwiches, but I won’t be back for a while.

The wait time here is horrible it takes them 15 minutes to take your order then
another 20 minutes to actually prepare a sandwich.
Do not come here if you’re in a rush.

Went for lunch around 1 pm on 10/17 and while waiting for my sub the male workers behind the counter were talking about how much they like eachother and one worker said “I like all you guys except you because your mexican” and pointed to the cashier who was mexican then stared at a mexican customer who overheard his remark and they all awkwardly stopped talking. Will contact corporate office to further investigate these racist remarks made towards a Latina employee.

Tried to find a number to speak to someone but couldn’t find one. So here we are. My husband pulled around to the front of the building to grab our online order because of the wait at the drive thru window. When he walked inside a male worker chose to ask my husband if he peeled out. He did not, I was in the truck. He proceeded to tell my husband he did. I’m not understanding what the point of the poor customer service was. What point were you trying to make? I paid for my food. It costs nothing to just move on with your day. It’s shocking that we are making something so small that has no affect on your life such a big issue. Definitely won’t be going back. Ugly behavior to accuse someone of doing something they didn’t do.

Charged a extra 75 cents for the garlic bread,which was one of the choices ,I didn’t order anything extra,this was one of the choices of breads. This is so not good,the choices are part of the combo and was not inform about the extra charge when I ordered but yet it’s one of the choices of bread. I did call this store and was told they do charge extra for the garlic bread for the combo,and I should have been informed which I was not.so stupid. I could understand if I ordered a extra garlic bread as a side but that’s not the case. So people beware, they charge 75 cents extra even though they ask the choice of bread you would like and garlic was one of those choices

I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up, they are closed. I contacted support and they assured me that the restaurant would reach out and resolve the matter. Fast forward to almost a month later, I haven’t heard anything. Support will not allow me to open another case on the issue. Also, there is no way to contact the store directly. Why would the app allow you to place an order when they are closed that day? I would like my $30 back, I was robbed.
