I had an awesome experience at Firehouse Subs thanks to Julie! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely upbeat. She took the time to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it and didn’t rush me at all. You can tell she really cares about customer service and takes pride in her work.
My sub was made perfectly — fresh, hot, and delicious. Julie’s positive attitude honestly made my whole visit better. It’s always great to see someone who enjoys what they do and treats customers so kindly.
Firehouse Subs is lucky to have her. She is a gem. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My daughter and I came in Saturday, February 21. The manager Sarah made us both feel very uncomfortable and she didn’t smile and she was kind of mean (my daughter went to grab a bag so we could take our leftovers to go and Sarah was watching her like a hawk. It was cringy.) and if it weren’t for the other manager, we wouldn’t come back here again. We came back today and thank goodness Sarah wasn’t there (or we could have just left) the whole atmosphere was different and the employees were so inviting.

Our sandwiches were made perfectly! Exactly how I ordered them. Still hot when received. I had a lot of modifications, and each sandwich was exact! Whoever made our food obviously takes pride in their job! Perfection

I was the only customer there and the staff did not talk to me during my order. Additionally, I was not asked to customize my sandwich, so I had to pick off the toppings once I got home. Lastly, this was the first firehouse store I have been to that does not offer a military discount or free drink. I would not recommend this location if you want a friendly atmosphere with a sandwich made the way you like it.

We have gone here a lot in the past but we feel the quality just isn’t there anymore. Prices are way high for what you get. Their sandwiches seem to have shrunk to nothing, & there is not very much meat in them. I’ll take the Subway from now on.

I get up to register no hello or can I help you . Just what do you want to order. I tell him a whole steak and cheese and a half of a whole sub brisket on white bread .. I pay I wait . I noticed the floors were so dirty wow . Then began to look at the vents in the ceiling and such wow real dirty . I got my food left . I got out to car and looked at the half . It was not a half but a quarter of a sub that might have had 5 bites all.. price was $8.99 omg . It was not a half of a whole sub . I won’t ever go back . I had been buying my husband the Publix next
