I ordered some deluxe cold cut sandwiches for a party. They were packed in a convenient platter box and ready for pick up exactly as I specified. Ordering online is a bad idea.
Any issues with the order and GOOD LUCK fixing it or getting a refund if you ordered online.
Basically, “Once we make it we’re not responsible for it.” (Yep, literally told me that)
The online support is fake I’m convinced. It’s run by a business called Gosimplr which only has a Facebook presence. The chat is a bot that just says they’ll contact you. Then they close your ticket.
Somehow the management at the restaurant is incapable of actually refunding anything wrong.
Quite the bad experience online. Never had issues in person though.

That new Thanksgiving turkey they brought back is not the same as the old one they had.. WARNING:⚠️ DO NOT GET THAT SANDWICH it’s the nastiest thing someone could’ve thought about putting together it’s not lithe same. I spent 16.76 on a 6inch sub the cash register person didn’t tell me that the combo price was not included to the pricing they have on menu it say 10.79 doesn’t even have a combo price underneath it or to the side nowhere first of all! Never again never again! I want my money back NOW I don’t give a damn how long it take I want my money back the biggest waste of money in my life. They refused to give me my money back store had no signs of no refunding I never heard of a restaurant not refunding someone’s money! This location is the worst I’ve been too! Just overall in general! They didn’t even have the big soda machine like the rest of firehouse sub locations

Took our order, made food, back to handing cups etc, back to handling food, without changing their gloves. Who knows how long since washing hands / fresh gloves.

First time trying Firehouse Subs. The sandwich was quite delicious. Made just right. The counter help was very helpful with answering my questions about adding extras to the sandwich. They were not short or rushing me to complete my order. I got my order to go and was happy with my order when I got home. Thank you 🙂

Went in for 4subs and spent 47dollars . Card was approved and the total came out of the bank. But the GM said that I needed to pay again since it was not popping up on the computer. I refused because 90dollars for some sandwiches is ridiculous.
He said’ “You want me to just let you walk out with free food”? Which certainly was not free considering that the funds were gone from my bank account. So I left him my number so i could come back and pay the remaining balance if there was one.
After he called he apologized and said that the transaction in fact did go thru and it was an issue on their end. So I was almost out on $90.00 plus dollars for 4 subs and would have had to wait for a refund of the other 47 dollars if I did pay twice which I refused. Definitely not worth the hassle and will not be returning to this sub/business location again. Definitely got me upset and frustrated for no absolute reason
