The food was so delicious. Fast and friendly service. A really clean, fresh atmosphere, they have firefighter bunker coats, air packs, and a mural inside. And I love the cause, our first responders deserve a lot more support.

At our workplace, we order from here regularly for take out. There is inevitably something wrong with our order each time. There are customization options for each item when ordering online. We request no onions frequently and often still have onions. When ordering a salad with dressing, we get the salad but not the dressing. Sometimes they forget the pickle on the side. It’s just frustrating to get back to work and not have what was ordered. We love the food – when it’s made as ordered. The 2-star for service is for the inattention to customizations. The 2-star for atmosphere though we don’t eat in the restaurant is because they always seem rushed (probably why there are mistakes) and often take longer than expected.

This Millcreek store is the worst store that I’ve been to.

I asked for a veggie sandwich and they prepared it and gave it to me. Before I left I looked at it and saw that it was only bread and lettuce. I went back and told them I asked for a veggie sandwich and they said “sorry we are out of all the veggies you asked for”. They didn’t tell me when I first ordered it and paid or even after I grabbed my sandwich. Therefore I spent $13 on only bread and lettuce.

The lady taking my order told me that they don’t have any honey mustard. It’s only a promotional thing. I have been going to firehouse subs for years and years. They should have just said they are out. Not make up some crazy story that it’s promotional. Honey mustard is even on their menu. Don’t lie to your customers.

Always good food at Firehouse. Seemed like a pretty new restaurant. They were out of Dr. Pepper in the soda machine.

It’s a very delicious food, a bit pricy though I don’t feel too bad about that given the whole ‘hardware for firefighters’ thing they have going on.

My first visit was very satisfying. I got the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket and wolfed it down before I could snap a photo. My wife got the New York Steamer. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is extremely helpful and kind, and the food came out relatively quick. Highly recommended.
