Awesome place, I enjoy the firefighter theme alot. They have great service and great recommendations. My new favorite sub is the pizza meatball one. When I want to be a fat kid I order the 12″ and eat it all and am super satisfied.

What a mixed experience. I had never been to a Firehouse Subs before and went due to their GF option. I was the only person in the place at first. One person walked in behind me. I ordered and everyone was very polite. Then I waited and waited and waited. They had 3 people making sandwiches and over the course of the next 15 minutes there were a total of 4 people that had walked in, including me. The sandwich makers were pleasant and talking to each other the entire time, often stopping to chat instead of make sandwiches. I finally had to ask when my sandwich would be ready. While they were perfectly pleasant the whole time, their actions did not support conscientious customer service. It’s a sandwich shop. I shouldn’t have to wait 15 minutes for one sandwich if I walk into a completely empty shop. Not sure I will be back if I am ever on a lunch break again. I understand that online orders do not equate to people in the store, but people standing in front of them are customers too.

Ordered carry out and when I got home and opened up my food there was visible mold on my sandwich bread… How does someone miss this when making food? Very disappointing because the food is great. The service was fast and employees were very kind. All very worth the price. After today though I won’t be coming back this is disgusting.

Fun place to go. I ordered online, but it wasn’t clear whether they would bring my order out (as I needed, being a paraplegic), or if I would have to go in to get it (yes). I couldn’t find any way to call and talk/ask someone. Staff on site was friendly enough, but corporate needs to have a way for people to talk to someone by phone.

Seems like this location is known to be slow. Been there at least twice now and both times are pretty slow for a sandwich shop. Especially when you order online and still have to wait. And this last order they forgot the au jus for the sandwich. Guess we should have checked the bag before we left. Time to try another location.

Duane at the counter was amazing. So helpful and friendly. Helped with our options, stopped by our table to see how we liked our choice, cleared our table and even held the door as we left. Not many people like him. Food was really good. Had the steak sub and tasted the Jamaican jerk sub. Both were awesome. Can’t go wrong with either. Plan on returning. Try if you have only driven by.

Excellent food, served reasonably quickly. While unusual not to hear what I would call normal when I would walk into a firehouse subs location and hear the all too familiar “welcome to firehouse!” chorus from all the employees it seems to be a thing of the past. I haven’t heard it at either Vancouver location we have visited to date, and hope it will make it’s way back..always made it feel even more inviting and friendly inside.
Everything was well cleaned and labeled, drink machine was spotless as well.

We went to Firehouse sub for a birthday sub. The person that helped us was over-the-top friendly. Very knowledgeable about the menu as well as the history of the franchise. My sandwich was very tasty as was the other sandwich. I would highly recommend this location and will be returning.

French Dip was really good. Great customer service. Sandwich prices a little pricey . It would be nice to get more coupons for sandwiches.
