Ordered through door dash and my food arrived wrong. My partner went back to exchange it and I called to get ahead and get both items remade. I understand policy states any issues with door dash need to be reported through the app, but the app didn’t make my sandwich wrong. The person who can’t read did. And the manager wasn’t any help either. And they only remade one, even tho I spoke to TWO people letting them know I needed both remade. Customer service is dead. Won’t be returning.

Usually greatnfood at good prices. Today I asked for a steak and cheese hold the veggies and pickle. Get home and they didn’t listen at all! Full veggies and the pickle was in with the sub so the bread was soggy. Trashed it.

$60 for subs with instructions in all caps and stars next to them that say **NO PICKLE** on each and every sandwich. Our order has a pickle in each and every sandwich. Also, thanks for leaving BBQ sauce on the bottom of the to go bag (not leaked through, it clearly sat on top of it). I’m enjoying my evening cleaning the cream colored interior of our car. You can do better.
