This establishment do not speak or understand English. After an initial also several request for a particular item I was still given something else. Priscila put something in my food that gave a very bad taste left in my mouth.
The worker PRISCILA is purposely putting way too much lettuce in my small sub box and wasting product that could have went on another customer’s order this is the second time she have done this.
The worker Priscila have a problem with me shopping here and continue to give me a hard time she did not ask me my name.
Toasted my bread when I asked for no toast but instead made my bread hard and still served it to me also put no pickle on my receipt without asking me. I added a picture of my sub looking much cleaner on the night PRISCILA was not there they did not added extra oil and TOO MUCH LETTUCE being nasty.. If this establishment do nothing about this something can happen behind her purposely being nasty with my request.
Very bad service and the food is nasty.
Instead of the chili being soup texture it have a thick heavy paste texture.

As a first responder, I visit multiple firehouse subs but I really dislike coming to this location as it’s my neighborhood location. Their service is horrible and dry, no personality, they barely speak English, and they never provide a bag for your sandwich. I’ve never gone to a location where a bag was not provided. It’s unfortunate because firehouse subs are great taste wise and expensive, so customer service should be top notch for the price you pay. First responders also receive a beverage with a meal and I wasn’t given one.

I ordered online for a minimum wait. That was not the case. I ordered and walked in 10 minutes later. I wasn’t expecting the sandwich to be ready. I asked the worker making the sandwich if it was ready; she said no, so I sat down. They called out names as the orders were ready. I never heard my name called. 15 minutes later, I asked about my sandwich again. She said sorry and handed it to me. Communication sucks here, but the pepperoni pizza meatball sub was good.

The person stop making my order to take another order in the process she accepted cash from a customer and provided change.
Then went back to doing my sandwich with gloves dirty from the cash transaction done.
This is no go, as you now made my sandwich unsanitary.
I wasn’t provided a receipt as well.
But it was the turkey, bacon, swiss and tomato sandwich for $12.

I have to let you know that Tiago is the best my husband and I came two nights in a row and he was by himself. He took care of us like a pro food was fresh and delicious and he made sure that we were absolutely satisfied in every way from start to finish . This will be my last visit to any firehouse in the future unless they change the amount of meat they add to their subs… I’ve seen more meat on a dirty fork! The food quality is good but the quantity is the problem. I had 2 paper thin slices of corned beef & pastrami on my steamer and they charged $17 with chips and a drink for a medium sub. No thanks.
