The food is great. I love the Hook & Ladder. There is an issue with this location. I have the app and have gotten discounts and deals from the company but on multiple occasions gone to the restaurant to be told this franchise is opting out. Why have the app for deals if the franchise won’t honor it. So if you go find out if they’ll honor what they should. The manager acknowledged she thought if the company has a special I should get it and gave me the discount which is great but still left a bad taste in my mouth good thing the sandwich tasted good.

As soon as I walked into the store, the mouthwatering aroma hit me—it smelled absolutely delicious. The entire team greeted us in unison, which was both impressive and welcoming. Our food was prepared promptly, and the store itself appeared clean. I especially enjoyed the firehouse-themed décor; it added a fun and unique touch to the overall experience. One detail that really stood out to me was the high chair marked “CLEAN” and wrapped. I don’t have small kids, so I’m not sure if that’s standard practice nowadays, but I’d never seen it before. Either way, I thought it was a really thoughtful touch that spoke to the store’s attention to cleanliness and customer care.

We haven’t had a Firehouse Sub in a while. The local store closed, but we were out and found another store open. We were not at all disappointed. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious. The Italian never disappoints.

I love Firehouse Subs, bread is always soft. And the sandwiches are delicious and flavorful. Love the loaded potato soup too and mac n cheese. Definitely some of the best subs hands down.

would absolutely recommend to order without mayo as both sides of the sandwich is dripping wet in mayo if it’s applied. If ordering without mayo, double check it was made correctly before leaving if it’s a pick up order otherwise will have a soggy sandwich from it.

The sandwich was good, but I’m not as big of fan as my husband. I can’t recall b the sandwich, maybe a hero. Idk. I do like the multiple got sauces they offer & how they had each labeled with the degree of hotness.

Really slow service, and they were not busy. The brisket’s gotten so fatty I probably won’t order again. And the fries have been a huge hit, we love them. But finding a firehouse whose fryer is working is like finding a mcds whose ice cream machine works. I’ve loved firehouse but last few visits have been disappointing.

The Firehouse Steak & Cheese was absolutely delicious! The bread was so soft and fresh and the steak was cooked perfectly! This place really impressed my hubby and I and we will definitely be choosing them as our new sandwich place. I highly recommend!

Great place, but WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!! $9 for a small French Dip that was 5 bites. Then an additional $4 for chips and a drink! So spent $15 plus a $5 tip, just to leave here still hungry and disappointed.

Horrible horrible service. 3 people waiting for food for dine in 2 people wait for to go orders. It took about 10 minutes for my order to be taken. MANAGEMENT!!! I would go to another location and not waste your lunch hour here.
