I just wanted to say Nadia was seriously awesome. She has such a great personality and was super nice and welcoming from the second we walked in. My friend ordered a sub and I honestly wasn’t even planning on getting one, but she was so friendly and convincing that I ended up getting one too — and it was actually really good. I’m glad she talked me into it. You can tell she actually cares about customers and enjoys what she does. She definitely deserves a raise

Place is dingy, outdated and honestly not well kept. Tables and chairs are dirty, decor is sloppy. The workers are straight rude. They got a bit overwhelmed with online orders so they turned it off, and when every single customer walked in the worker would say “just so you know it’s going to be a long time” very much insinuating that they should not order. I saw two customers walk out from the workers advice. The next worker walked in to her shift, and started handling food right away. She did not wash her hands or anything! We came from a long way to get FireHouse…and this was terrible service! It’s not rocket science…it’s just sandwiches! I spent 42$ on food, and waited for FORTY minutes to get my food. It’s also supposed to be their “family night” promotion. They did not have any of this promotion running. Sad that this is the way the service industry is allowed to be run. The only positive thing that happened was they apologized for the wait and thanked me for my patience. I did Appreciate that kindness.

This is by far the best firehouse my wife and I have had. We just moved from Toledo, but have traveled all over the east coast and this is by far the best food we’ve had. It was so good especially after 3 days of moving. Its was amazing

Food taste is what I expect from firehouse but the portions are as minimal as they could get. Barely any meat on the sandwich and a medium was maybe 5”? I remember the sizes being much bigger and the toppings being able to be seen without opening the sandwich. Staff seemed bothered that someone came in to order food sat behind counter and had someone from the back come out to make the sandwich $11 for a sandwich barely bigger than my hand…

Food is decent. Prices are outrageous. $18.00 for sandwich and cookie. No drink. Service is fair. Sometimes hard to find a clean table. Used to be a great spot. Looks like things are headed downward?

I can never find anything I’m in love with here. Food is average to me. Portions are small. I ordered a medium and sub felt small compared to other sub shops. Add peppers, onions and other toppings to make the sandwich a little fuller and tastier. Sign up for their rewards club and get a free sub on your birthday yearly as well as coupons and offers to maximize the “bang for your buck”.
Staff was friendly and online ordering and pickup was a breeze. Food was ready when promised.

The location is pretty run down and always seems a bit dirty.
I’ve been here pretty often and the employees are quite rude and seem disinterested in working. It took over 5 minutes for 2 people to even acknowledge I was standing at the register. There were only 2 other people in the building. One employee with ear bud in and didn’t take off gloves to ring in meal and then went back to making subs. Then took 20 minutes to make 3 subs.
