Ignore the picture as I forgot to take it until my sandwich was already gone!! I just tried the Thanksgiving Sub at Firehouse Subs this week and it’s absolutely incredible! It tastes like the perfect Thanksgiving dinner all packed into one sandwich — tender turkey, savory stuffing, cranberry sauce, and just the right amount of gravy flavor. Every bite was warm, comforting, and full of holiday vibes.

If you haven’t tried it yet, do yourself a favor and go grab one before it’s gone! It’s easily one of the best seasonal sandwiches I’ve ever had. Will be grabbing another one soon!

I ordered a soup and sub online and requested extra pickles. Everything was perfect, though the pickles were missing initially. When I mentioned it to the staff, they immediately made it right and went above and beyond. The restaurant is clean and the food is great—no complaints here!

This was our first and probably last time here. It took a long time to get our sandwiches…we should’ve noticed before we sat down that the tables were full but hardly anyone had food yet. Two girls were making sandwiches and the others were taking up space. When we got our food, the sandwiches had about half of the meat that the pictures on the menu showed. My husband’s Philly Cheesesteak looked like someone had pureed it. My French Dip was pretty thin, too. Not much for those prices!

The shop was a little busy today, but you could see a few workers were upset. As I waited for my order (not long at all!) I watched a worker named “Zoey” argue with a few there. Got a little loud in front of customers and I do notice some watery eyes. Zoey handed me my order saying she was sorry I had to wait, but I really didn’t wait long at all and told her that. The workers held it in and still did their job well. The woman who took my order even began on it right away herself. I appreciate the ladies who handled my order and hope they get better treatment if they must continue to work with this woman.

Walked in around 3:00pm, four girls were behind the counter. We were totally ignored for 5 minutes. There were only 2 other customers sitting at tables. Decided with that type of work ethic it would show in the quality of the sandwich! So we walked out. Won’t be back!

I love Firehouse Subs. But every time I order from this location, they screw up my order. Every single time. Making a sandwich should not be difficult. People have allergies, there are diabetics than have to plan their meals. I get that it’s usually ran by teenagers, but pay some damn attention.

We ordered two sandwiches. One was the Thanksgiving turkey and one was smokehouse turkey. The advertisements all over the restaurant for the Thanksgiving turkey sandwich showed real turkey slices that were thick. What we got was basic processed turkey meat, and barely any of it in either sandwich. We don’t think we’ve ever gotten a deli sandwich with such little meat. This place has lost our future business. Workers were nice.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but i had placed an online order and when picking it up it was completely incorrect, it was supposed to have lettuce, onion, cucumber, Italian seasoning on it. This sandwich was burnt, and had cucumber and one slice of cheese on it. I then told the women at the cash register and showed her the sandwich and I was told ” would you just like a cup of lettuce. ” to which i was very disappointed and then she offered to remake it, and clarified what I wanted on it. I then got the remake and it had what I wanted but then also Olives…. so it was incorrect yet again… I gave up and decide that I would just pick off the olives, but it was still very awkward and uncomfortable. The ladies working were not very kind and not happy. I am just very disappointed. Me and my company members frequent this location and typically have a good experience but this time it just wasn’t.

Wow …. due to where I live I don’t go there much. The Thanksgiving Turkey Sub very tasty if you are wanting a dressing sandwich with cranberries. The picture on the wall & on line shows 2-3 slices of turkey. On one half of the sandwich I’m not sure there was any and the other it was turkey crumbs . LOL Not getting that again. Buyer be ware.

We had two sandwiches. The meatball was good— cooked. But the club had raw bacon on it. A staff member adds the bacon, so it is impossible for them not to notice the bacon is not cooked, raw. So glad I pulled it off after one bite.
