I had been wanting to try firehouse subs for the longest time and was really looking forward to it. Today my wife and I finally stopped by. To say I was severely disappointed is an understatement. Service is everything to me and unfortunately firehouse didn’t provide any. We walked in and there was a young man wearing glasses behind the counter. He was doing something but I couldn’t tell what it was. We were not greeted, not a hello, notva good afternoon, not a I’ll be right with you. Nothing. We just stood there for what seemed like an enternity wondering if someone was going to wait on us. Finally another young man appeared and helped us. But by that time our experience was ruined. The food tasted good but sadly this is my 1st and only time at Firehouse Subs. With today’s high prices on food, I really value customer service.

Sadly one of THOSE pricey places where the actual product completely fails to match the advertising (see pics).
Gave them 2 chances and the second was better but still lacking. Oh well
Better off going to McAlister or Schlotzky where what you see on the menu is what you get because they don’t skimp!
Also they aren’t particularly friendly here.

It tastes and feels like food poisoning. They put a lot of mayo on the top of turkey then they toasted. So the mayo goes bad from the heat. The guy who is making the sandwich needs to be carful.

Upon placing an online food order and requesting pickup upon my arrival, I encountered a significant lack of employee presence. Despite the app indicating the expected time of readiness, which I exceeded, my order had not yet been prepared. Additionally, the sandwiches were excessively dry, despite my request for additional mayonnaise and other dressings. I also requested extra vegetables, but received very little. Furthermore, I requested extra cheese, which I paid for, it wasn’t in any of my sandwiches. When my order was finally ready, I was not even acknowledged with a thank you. Firehouse should enhance its customer service and satisfaction measures. I will not be returning and will not recommend their establishment to others. I should have heeded the other one-star reviews.

This is my first time trying out Firehouse subs,
I had already looked at the menu on line, so I kind of knew what I was going to order. My son wanted the meatball sub and I wanted either the Tuna or the Turkey Bacon Ranch. I asked the young man taking my order about the Turkey and the Tuna they used, he recommended the Turkey Bacon Ranch. My son really liked his, it consisted of meatballs, marinara sauce and provalone cheese with what appears to be a herb sprinkle on top, he opted for the white roll which is cut down the center of the top of the roll, and makes for a nice presentation to the sub. I enjoyed mine which comes with turkey, bacon, ranch,cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes, and onion. I opted for the wheat roll which was cut traditionally across the side. Honestly, I would of liked to have seen more bacon, only because the strips are so thin you can barely taste them in the sub. I recommend Firehouse subs not only because everything was fresh and tasted good, but I was also impressed by how heavy the bag was. The sheer weight of the bag already spoke to me, telling me the sandwiches were loaded, I just wished they loaded it with more bacon. If someone orders bacon on anything, it means they like bacon so ” hook it up” because just about everybody Loves Bacon.

Be cautious if ordering for dietary restrictions. We pre-ordered a gluten-free sub, but when we arrived for pickup, they were out of GF bread. We still had to wait over 15 minutes, and the replacement meal was made incorrectly (had cheese when we asked for none). Disappointing experience.

I love this place. Again 5 stars because they have exactly what I want. Everyone is always very polite. The subs, amazing. I think my favourite thing about this place have multiple sizes for your appetite. Whole, half, or a quarter. Perfect. We had ours to go. Again, no complaints. It was all correct. Thank you guys.

The subs here are really delicious, they taste so fresh and amazing, specially the “Hero” sub.
The prices are a bit high but the quality of the sub is worth it.
I recommend trying the “Hero” sub, you can’t go wrong with this one, it is by far my favorite, i tried the one made with brisket and we’ll let’s just say stick with the “Hero” sub, brisket in a sub wasn’t good.
