Recently, I had the good fortune of visiting my local Firehouse Subs restaurant. Several times in the past, I had been in the neighborhood but never felt enthusiastic enough to stop. On this occasion, however, the restaurant’s window displayed a special that caught my attention.

Entering the facility, several things immediately caught my attention, including the welcoming greeting and the facility’s cleanliness. On this occasion, I was lucky to have a delightful server who took my order and answered all my questions. I believe the server’s name is Kyiah, and I regret monopolizing her time as I did. But she never complained, and other customers were being waited on. I remember Kyiah had a wonderful smile.

My order was quickly prepared as I learned more about the Firehouse “brand”. My special was delicious as I expected, and I knew I would return soon. But Kyiah advised me that it was a limited-time special that would likely last only through the end of the month. While the special got me inside the door, the other menu items and Kyiah will definitely bring me back.

Also, I really appreciate Kyiah’s help with downloading and setting up the restaurant’s app on my phone. Based on that help, I will definitely use it for future orders and pickups and earn points in the process.

To all who are reading this review, please note that the Firehouse APP needs significant work to be more customer-friendly. Currently, the app provides no way to correct an input error.

Visiting this Firehouse Subs restaurant was an unsuspecting and excellent experience. I appreciated the quality and taste of the food, as well as the kindness of the serving staff. Again, thank you, Kyiah. I look forward to seeing you during my next visit.

Every single time I order from this location my order is missing items or incorrect. My chicken bacon ranch was made with turkey no bacon no chicken no ranch. NO pickle spears even when I click extra. Incorrect chips were given. The soda bottle was slimy and seal broken. And that was just for one order. As someone who has had norovirus from a restaurant, I don’t even feel safe consuming the sandwich since every thing else was done so poorly.

I was trying to place an order for pick up on my way to work. I thought I placed the order so when I went to go pick it up the two that we’re working at asked me if I placed it at the wrong store. I told them no I made sure to double check, but I’ll go look at my phone anyways. As I opened my phone, apparently the Order never went through. I thought it did because it gave me a message about a duplicate order, but the sub was sitting in my cart. I told them of the mistake and then I was gonna be on my way. They said that they can go ahead and just make whatever sub it was that I was trying to order and I explained to them, I had to be at work in less than an hour and I work at Disney. I was trying to mobile order a sub to pick it up real quick and drive to work, so unless they could make the sub in five minutes or less, I’m gonna have to pass. They laughed and took it as a challenge and went ahead and made the sub. I still placed the mobile order and paid for it online and by the time I did that the sub was done and ready to go!! And I made it to work on time. I really want to take the time to give a huge shout out to the man and woman that was working Tuesday October 21st 2025 at 3 PM because they really made my night over a mistake that I did and I was able to have dinner for work. Employees like that seriously are the best when it comes to running the business you guys are honestly awesome.

So at 9:30 my wife attempted to order sandwiches on the app, and it wasn’t working. I drove to the store after she was unsuccessful. I walk through the door at 9:48. When I entered the store the young lady behind the counter named Tatiana let out a sigh. I asked her if I was too late to order because the sign still says open. She says ” You have 10 minutes” with a ton of attitude. I placed the order with zero pleasantries from her. When I ordered the thanksgiving sandwich she then complained that it was a messy sandwich. She then calls a coworker from the back and orders him to make the sandwiches, and reiterates that I came in 10 minutes to close and then says that she has to go to the bathroom. She goes into the bathroom, and when she comes out she was slamming things around and kicking around boxes that were on the floor in frustration. When he was done making the sandwiches she put them in the bad places it on the counter and says your sandwiches are ready with more attitude. I said thank you and she doesn’t reply. I repeat myself and she gives the most insincere “you’re welcome”. She needs a lesson in customer service. I have been patroning this Mariners Village Fire House location for approximately 20 years. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

The worst place to eat in the whole city, the super grocero staff, they had me waiting 40 minutes and every time I asked for my order they scolded me as if they were my bosses! It’s the worst thing that has happened to me and the person in charge of the restaurant is the biggest of all! The lady in green!
