Normally this location is good. Today placed an order online and it wasn’t ready for a full hour plus. Pickles were forgotten, marinara sauce was forgotten, orders that came in after were completed before ours. Spoke with shift manager who merely said the staff was new and overwhelmed. He could have comped a sub after waiting an hour and a half for three sandwiches. Will most likely not be rushing back to this location.

Worst service, we were not greeted and waited a ridiculous amount of time to order. The place was mostly empty and I counted at least 9 tables hadn’t been wiped. We usually eat at this location every weekend but I think we will try another one in the future.

2nd time going; better than the first time. Ordered the Italian with Datil pepper sauce, mmmm was so yummy. If you like it saucy, yes! If you’re not feeling saucy, light sauce. Bread was soft and fresh. Will be going again to try more of the menu for sure 🙂

Takes over 40 minutes to get a sandwich. 5 people in the kitchen with an absolute lack of any urgency. Telling people before they order that it will be 25-30 minutes before they are served. This is mismanagement, poor work ethic and an unfortunate lack of customer care.

These subs are just so good!!! Sometimes Subway doesn’t do it and this place reigns supreme. Not that Subway compared which they don’t. The best part about this place other than high quality ingredients, is the fact you can donate a very small amount of money to the fireman foundation which goes a long way
