First time I’ve ordered Firehouse, the lady and young man there were kind and welcoming. I had an online order and was just picking up.
Ordered an Italian, hook and ladder, and pepperoni meatball. All giant and all tasty!
I love Jersey Mike’s club sub… these were all better.
Food was hot and ready to go.

Dismal food. Horrendous “service”.
This was our first experience with Firehouse Subs. We ordered 2 large Thanksgiving subs, touted by their menu as “Carved slices of tender turkey breast, savory Thanksgiving stuffing, sweet & tart cranberry sauce, and mayo served on a toasted sub roll.” This was a take-out order. Imagine our surprise when we got home and found that the “carved slices of tender turkey breast” were replaced by 4 small ultra-thin slices of deli ham. That’s right, four puny slices on a large sub roll. And that’s right, ham! We do not eat red meat or pork. There was a dearth of stuffing. It was dry. And clumpy. And gray. I’ve included a photo of this culinary masterpiece below.
I returned to the store and the first employee I spoke with explained that the sandwich was actually made correctly … he said the franchise owner mandated such a meat substitution because carved turkey is “too expensive”. What? This is twilight zone stuff.
I next spoke with the on-premises associate manager, who insisted there was nothing wrong with the sandwiches (“these look fine, what’s your problem?”) and, after claiming to make a back-room phone call, refused to provide a refund. He was rude and arrogant, berating me in what felt like a rehearsed take-down. He was clearly agitated by my unwelcomed presence in his store. He had no clue that the customer is always right, ESPECIALLY WHEN in this case, the customer was right.
I contacted corporate and the associate manager by email. Both responded with little more than lip service. The local manager offered a refund (no doubt after hearing from corporate), but asserted he couldn’t credit my card, and could only reimburse with cash. I’d wasted enough time on this disastrous dining experience, so suggested what was convenient for me … a PayPal or Zelle payment. Never heard from him again.
Avoid this sad, con job of an establishment. And if you can’t, make sure you check your order before you walk out the door.

I’ve frequented Firehouse Subs in other states and was excited to discover this location today, 2/16/26. We were in the restaurant between 1:15-2pm, while they were experiencing a pretty busy rush with dine-in and to-go orders.
During our time there, I observed two employees working diligently to get orders filled. What really stood out to me was the communication between the employees. They spoke so kindly and clearly to one another, that they were able to navigate what could have been a really stressful hour or so. This professionalism and efficiency created a pleasant and positive environment. Our order was made with fresh and delicious ingredients. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our first visit at this new location and will definitely stop in again for tasty sandwiches and good vibes.

My wife and I had the wonderful opportunity to be patrons of this wonderful establishment. Andy, the General Manager and his awesome crew were eager and ready to satisfy our appetites and they didn’t disappoint. This was our first time ever visiting a Firehouse Subs and all I can say is “Where have you been all my life”. The atmosphere was great, the service was on point, the food was fresh, hot, and ready for your enjoyment, and the General Manager Andy is ready to help with any of your needs at this fine establishment. Make sure visit the establishment, you wont be sorry and you most definitely will walk away completely and totally satisfied. This Firehouse Subs is definitely going to turn up the heat in this area for all your sub needs. One last addition, if you are into hot sauce this is the place to come to. They have a wonderful section of hot sauce to try and purchase as well. They are currently open from 10:30am until 7pm 7 days a week. These time may change in the future as they get more established in this location. These open times are current as of 3/7/2025.

Do not place an order through the app; the app says the store is open regardless of whether it is or not. We placed an order and fully paid only to arrive to the doors locked and a note saying “Closed.” Happy National Sub Day, eh?
STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED A REFUND.

I ordered from Firehouse Subs last night and had a pretty disappointing experience. I placed an online order for a large tuna sub and a large smoked provolone turkey. Nowhere on the website did it say the tuna was out of stock, so I had no idea there would be an issue.
When I arrived a little after the scheduled pickup time, I was told they didn’t have tuna and was asked what I wanted instead. I changed it to a smoked provolone turkey. The smoked provolone is supposed to come hot, but both sandwiches were made cold.
On top of that, I requested onions on both subs and didn’t receive onions on either one.
Overall, it was frustrating to find out about the tuna only after arriving and then have both sandwiches made incorrectly. I hope they can improve communication about out-of-stock items and pay closer attention to order details in the future and when i order sandwiches from here, they’re very expensive. And you expect them to be prepared, right.

My steak & cheese sub looked and tasted like dog food. I took two bites and was disgusted. Threw it right in the trash and walked out. The people working the counter were friendly.

I was thrilled to discover Firehouse Subs in our area, a taste of home from my town of J’ville, Florida. The NY Steamer was just as delicious as I remembered, with a variety of hot sauces available. I’m a fan of the citrus options and the house variety featuring the datil pepper, a Southern favorite. They’re rated 1 – 10 for spice intensity. My only disappointment was that this location didn’t offer the signature cherry-limeade drink.

I had been looking forward to visiting this establishment for some time. We unfortunately had a less than positive experience. When we arrived to the store it was empty, (no other patrons) Friday evening at 7 pm and wax informed by the staff it would be an extended wait to have our sandwiches made as well a list of items they were out of. We did place an order and waited patiently, more than 20 minutes to have our meal prepared. While waiting their was a horrendous / foul order in the establishment coupled by a 2nd employee spraying an incense all along the base of prep area as well as a repeat of another spray in the common/patron area. To top it off the sandwiches were ill prepared (primarily cold) when supposed to be warm, and half the toppings not even remotely placed on the sub, but mostly on the side. We had a few bites and ended up throwing our orders in the trash. Very disappointing given we had visited this franchise in North Carolina and had a very positive experience.

A coworker and I both placed online orders for subs for lunch on Tuesday, 12/9/25. Both orders went through and our credit cards were charged. When we arrived at the pickup time we were given for our food (12:20pm), another person was pulling on the doors to the restaurant, but they were locked, the lights were out, and there were no employees in sight, despite it being during their posted operating hours. We tried to contact corporate for refunds, but the help tickets were unsuccessful with corporate telling us they couldn’t issue refunds. Don’t recommend ordering here. We ended up going to Jersey Mike’s instead, since they’re reliably open during their business hours.
