I visited Firehouse subs at around 1:45p today and received the wrong sandwich which I didn’t realize until I made it back to work. I returned to get my correct sandwich and Morgan who was in the drive thru remembered who I was and was very apologetic. I wasn’t mad about it, we’re human we all make mistakes but the way she handled it was top tier. I wish there was a Morgan at every establishment in this city. Great customer service has been lacking so much in this city lately and she was a breath of fresh air. She was kind, friendly, and caring. Morgan if you see this review I just want to thank you for being who you are! I’ve been dealing with a lot lately and she warmed my heart and made me smile. Morgan you rock! She needs a raise!! FYI this was at the Mansfield Rd location.

I love the food here and would love to leave a better review but I had an issue that hasn’t been resolved.
I ordered through the app a sandwich combo and received only French fries instead. I was in a hurry and didn’t double check before I left the store. I left feedback through a the survey and even left my name and number for the manager to make it right the next time I was in. I received now follow up or call. Would love to just be credited a a meal to make up for the missing order. Hopefully, someone over the manager will see this and be able to help.

First time trying Firehouse anywhere other than Pennsylvania, and it was just as good at this location. Fast service and the food looks like the advertising, which has been my usual Firehouse experience. The steak and cheese was fantastic! Clean front of house and clean kitchen. 100% recommend.

I liked way the various meats were brought to your table for you to choose which you wanted. Always fresh off the grill.and cooked perfectly. The sides and salad bar had great choices as well. Our waiter was fun and very helpful in explaining the process as also. Love to return.

What an amazing first day for Firehouse Subs on Mansfield Road! I made sure to stop by, and I’m genuinely thrilled they’ve finally opened on this side of town. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient, and the food was perfectly fresh, just as you’d expect. They truly hit it out of the park, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I order from this location multiple times a week. But today. The turkey on my sandwich looked different and tasted awful. I took one bite and spit it out and threw the sandwich away. I chatted in but spoke with AI who stated 48 hours for a response. I spend way too much money at this place to be blown off when I have an issue. See by the photos of my previous review. Here wer we almost another week and a half ago. Double charged me for an order. Still has not refunded the double charge after showing proof of the double charge several times. No follow up of any kind other than we are sorry. And with lack of follow up or resolution it’s insinuated that we don’t care of you were double charged we have no intention of resolving the issue, we will just steal you money and say oops sorry you are not getting it back
So my suggestion is order from them is you like to do business with a place with horrible customer service and will steal you money or given the chance

The store accidentally double charged us in the app for our order a month ago. Corporate advised us that they have to handle the refund because its privately owned. After a month of talking to corporate and this store several times over with this store specifically ignoring us for weeks they finally sent us points while waiting for a refund then, Blair from this store wrote and told us we were not getting a refund for food we did not buy on a clear error within the app with visual proof from our bank sent to this stores management and corporate several times. Corporate SPECIFICALLY told us they cannot force the owners of this store to refund us. They said we could dispute it at the bank which will cost money to get back our 50.00 they have outright STOLEN. Its Mansfield RD, Shreveport so of course they stole it. Be aware as they might be doing this INTENTIONALY then simply refusing refunds knowing it costs money to dispute charges at most banks. WATCH YOUR CHARGES!!!!!

Too bad you can not us negative numbers… 1 star is WAY to high for this.
Fraud, theft call it what you will. When you order through the app 1 $45 order, the app only show 1 $45 order yet you bank shows them charging you for 2 $45 orders, and after a month still no resolution. Takes for ever to respond, always some lame excuse as to sorry its taking longer than normal to resolve this… How long does it take to look at the screen shots that show 1 order 2 charges and so we owe you a refund.
Instead of just refunding the money, they give us some excuse and tell us to go to the bank and have them research and reverse it. Why should we have to waste time to do that, pay whatever fees the bank would charge for that, get the debit card cancelled and reordered for fraudulent charges because they screw up and refuse to solve the issue.
This is after sending the screenshots to both corporate and the location follow up every 3 or 4 days for almost a month…
All I can say is if you value your time and money then go here at your own risk because they may just steal your money and tell you oh well no one cares.
But what do you expect from Shreveport, especially the Mansfield Rd area.

Update : Jessica is the one who answered my original complaint almost a month ago. This is the same type of “oh we are sorry but don’t really care enough to correct the issue” that I have gotten from her and others several times over the last 3 and half weeks. Yet nothing has been done to correct the issue.
