So I’ve tried out a lot of fire houses which I prefer firehouse for subs more than anywhere else for the most part and I do got to say I don’t write reviews much but this one in Florence dude was spot on it was good and it’s hard to find places or people that actually make things good anymore and yeah kudos to them did five stars

If I could get this place a zero I would or a no star, utterly disgusting and nasty. The food not cooked all the way some of the food is hot. Some of the food is cold the fountain drink out of syrup drink water down. I put too much mayonnaise on my sandwich. . Yes was just very very terrible nasty and disgusting. . Slowest sub place in town. Waited over 30 minutes for two subs at 2 o clock on a Sunday. I have no idea how it can take 30 minutes to make a sub. There was not a line. 4 people working. If I didn’t pay ahead I would have definitely left.

Go to the location by Kohls. Gave this location multiple chances. Order is never right. Asked for extra pickles and it shows on receipt but didn’t get one. I order salads with no cheese because I’m lactose intolerant and the smothered the salad with cheese. Called to speak with the manager. Their excuse was they were so busy and trying to get the sandwiches out within the time limit they just forgot. They said comeback tomorrow and I can get a box of pickles.

$17.00+ for this? I ordered online and had it delivered. Smoked Turkey Sub and a bowl of soup. For some reason I feel like I got ripped off. The bread was hard, and lettuce wilted. The bowl, or spoonful of soup cold. Do better Firehouse Subs! Inexcusable!

I don’t know what they did but the bread was amazing, it was so soft. The meat was great but not enough on the sandwich. I don’t get all the extra items and mine Muenster looked empty compared to my boyfriends, but it was good.

It was my first Firehouse Subs experience and I enjoyed it. The subs are huge, lots of meat, well worth the price. Being in the NYC area I’m a bit of a sub snob and I’d go back. It’s not a NY sub but hits the spot. Tons of hot sauces too. Sandwiches are made to order. The service was super friendly. A good experience.

Fine. Service excellent for fast food. I think I may just not be a fan of this chain. Bread is bland. Salad selection is minimal. All meat centric, one veg sub is off the menu. Doesn’t offer anything different or better than all the other sandwich chains
