Excellent delicious fresh salad with excellent customer service. Matt and his crew, Lexis, Hana, Tey are great. Hana makes a pretty salad. They always toast their sandwich buns to perfection.

These people are amazing! I truly mean that! I had the worst morning, had to rush my husband to the hospital, I had my 2 small kids with me and they were hungry so we stopped here. I was an emotional mess and the wonderful lady behind the counter immediately cared. I let her know what was going on and the whole staff jumped in and helped me with my kids, kept my 3 year old entertained while I had a bite to eat and checked on my husband. They gave them coloring books, fireman hats, and even changed the tvs to their favorite cartoons. At one point, the manager even let my son watch videos on his phone. None of them knew me but treated me like their own family. This has to be the best service I’ve ever received and I will scream it from the rooftops, hands down best firehouse subs ever. And of course, my food was so good! 1000/10

I had such a great experience due to a fantastic employee at this location that I wanted to leave a review. I called the location on 8/7/25 to ask what temperature they steam their deli meat to. I am pregnant and wanted to make sure the deli meat was heated to a certain degree. The gentleman that answered the phone was named Deontay. He was extremely accommodating and placed me on a brief hold. When he came back on the phone, he told me the temperature and then stated that they would be happy to double steam the meat for me just to be safe. I was so grateful. I went into the store to order and Deontay ended up taking my order. He instantly remembered the phone call. He proceeded to give me updates as I waited for the meat to be double steamed. When my sandwich was done, he called my name, handed it to me, and told me that he left a note on the box. I got to my car and opened it and was in total shock. I will attach a photo to this review. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the temperature of the meat and also to put a smile on my face. Deontay made my day!

I can genuinely say that I have never tasted a better sub in my life. And it was just a pepperoni and cheese sub. And Eric has great preperation and customer service skills, two of which can be hard to master sometimes. Good job to that guy! And subway needs to pack it up.

2nd time in a row we ordered online to go and they got the order wrong plus they DID NOT toast the sandwiches. Additionally when we arrived to pick up the order it was difficult to get an employee’s attention as they were all standing around talking to each other.
After opening the order at home, I called to speak to a manager and a young girl said she was the manager, which is unlikely. When I told her what happened she accused me of lying, saying they ALWAYS toast their sandwiches. When I said I do not appreciate her accusing me of lying, she hung up!
Wow. What terrible service! Have always enjoyed patronizing this establishment but not anymore!

Asked for turkey and cheese plain. Specified I can not have mayo due to allergy. They put mayo on both sides of the bun, added lettuce to both sides, and tomato to one. I’m allergic to mayo. This sandwich is inedible. The girl was incredibly rude and it took them 20 minutes (no one else was in the store) to make 1 sandwich for me. They charged me $15 for an inedible sandwich after I disclosed an allergy and were even rude about it. Absolutely awful.

Update: 8/28/25: Great experience. Food constructed properly. Seems like they fixed the staffing / training issues.
Update 1/26/25: Still unworthy of patronage. I’ll go to Athens next time.
Update 1/15/25: Waited 10 minutes to be greeted. Three workers present. Had to inconvenience them to get my online order. Order still wasn’t made correctly. Received a small when I ordered medium double meat. I love Firehouse Restaurant Chain but I’m getting pretty sick of this location…I hope it closes. My online orders have been wrong the last three weeks and service is slow. I’m tired of paying for extra meat, cheese etc and not getting it.

Service was slow. Everyone looked like they didn’t want to be there. I ordered a veggie and had meat on the outside of my bag AND on my sandwich. Needless to say I will NOT be back. I tried to give them another chance due to my previous experience being just as bad.

This store is amazing and takes very good care of all their customers. Lexis is one of my favorites. She is always super friendly and makes each sandwich very delicately and very precise! My go to firehouse subs!!
