Today I tried the pizza meatball sub and I gotta say it was tasty, I’d order it again. Also ordered the potato soup… need pepper, just saying, still good without. This is not the reason for the review, but yeah give the pizza meatball sub a shot.
So why the 5 stars… I placed my order for delivery, was okay with the ETA, got a text from the delivery company regarding ETA and was like hell no that’s unacceptable. I spoke with a lady from the store, said she was the owner, well she called the delivery company while I was on hold, I could hear her side of the call. They quoted the same delivery time as the website. She assumed me it would be there close too but she would call back and follow up when the driver picked up the order. Sure enough she called and while the ETA had updated it only added a few minutes vs text (would have been 90 minutes or more).
So there it is, a 5 star rating… personal touch, follow thru… She made me feel like she cared and wanted me enjoy my experience when really the delivery company is a 3rd party well outside of her control.
Order again, yes we will.

The location is very clean.
& They’re very affordable.
I had the New York Steamer. Their pastrami was delicious!
My cousin had their Spicey Cajan Chicken. Two thumbs up!

I ordered on uber eats two hook and ladder sandwiches with no onion. It’s my first time trying firehouse subs; so I was excited.
When I took a bite, something felt off or weird. Firstly I wasn’t expecting my sandwich to be warm which threw me off in itself. I suppose the bio says smoked turkey breast but I didn’t think it meant my sub was warm. I don’t really like the idea of eating warm deli meat. Then I noticed there was no mustard or tomato and hardly any mayo. The sandwich tasted kinda weird. I don’t think I’ll try firehouse subs again, I hardly even wanna eat my second sandwich

Hands down, worst sandwich I’ve ever had from a sandwich place. There version of an italian sub is not even close. Is that honey in the vinegrette? It shouldnt be allowed to be called the Italian.

I don’t recommend this restaurant. First thing I ate this day. Got the pastrami sub a few hours later got sick had to use the restroom and threw up. I definitely think it was food poisoning from the meat. The other sub I ordered didn’t have the items on the sub as well. Looking at other reviews I shouldn’t of used went to this location. I don’t recommend this location. Maybe a different location. Not this one.

Will definitely be back. Really enjoyed the subs and we liked that they come in nice compact boxes. Also the soda machine in the store is like the ones at movie theaters that has like 80 different kinds of soda and a touchscreen to choose. Very high end. Had the turkey bacon ranch and my son had the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket sandwich, and we both really enjoyed them and were tasty.

Placed a pickup order through the app for 10:30 pickup, showed up at the store and it was closed, website, app, Google, and even store building all say it opens at 10 but apparently not. Only reason it’s not one stars is a staff member was able to helpe get a refund, but still wasted 30 minutes and a coupon. I have always liked firehouse subs but don’t plan to be back in the near future

Horrible mobile order process. Food cold and bread soggy, yuck. Went to sign saying ‘Order Pickup’, order was not ready. Sat and waited, 10 minutes after food was made, I finally got it. They don’t call your name! They call #’s??? Heard #2,#4 ect called over and over again, and sometimes simultaneously. I doubt all the register order #’s are all the same. There is no # one a mobile order. Who runs these places???
