Service was great, sandwiches came out quick! If you haven’t tried Firehouse, definitely go in and try the hot sauces! They are all labeled with spice levels, the honey ones were great! Tried the thanksgiving sandwich, literally tastes like a thanksgiving meal! Also got an italian, was amazing! Would recommend checking it out if you are in the area!

First time here. Ordered a large smoked beef cheddar brisket. One guy shows us what comes on it for free, so we say ok but wife doesn’t want mayo. He says ok.
We get it to go so when we get home n open the box all it was was the meat on untoasted(?) wheat n some BBQ sauce.
No cheese, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no onions, no whatever was on their cubed guide, but they got the no mayo right.
It was BARE. Who orders a $16 sub with no toppings?? Nobody!
Also, the guy who took the order had 2 others make the sub n either he didn’t tell them, they forgot or they didn’t understand (looked Hispanic). Not sure if I heard any interaction between them but wasn’t focusing on them anyway.
I normally go to Subway bc i like that the person taking the order fixes the sandwich n you see the toppings go on n it’s cheaper n still tastes good. I can load up on many veggies n almost max out on them.
I stopped going to Capriottis bc 1 out of 3 orders always ended up wrong too…always ordered chicken chipotle crunch but would get plain chicken instead.
Try FH for 1st time n it was the absolute worst experience so doubt I’ll be back again, although the meat was good.
We were the only ones there so not like they were busy with 15 to 20 minutes until closing.
Pic is of my half as she was so hungry she started on it, but she told me all about it n wasn’t happy about it either.
Subways n Mike’s subs from now on.
No backs turned mystery subpar subs for us anymore! Prices go up yet accurate service n food quantity go down nowdays. Doneski.

Its alright at most. Like subs were nothing to special. I did togo so maybe experience is different but I did see the hot sauce shelf which I think is great. But sandwiches were pretty mediocre. Everything slipped out of my sandwich when I tried to eat it and taste overall is ok but really not worth the price in my opinion.

The food was great, but the service… OUTSTANDING! James was the definition of hospitality. He was greeting everyone, talking customers through the menu and when he wasn’t ringing in orders he was checking on all the tables. He stopped at our table and played around with our kiddos. He even talked about how they support the LE fire department. Just overall, a great experience.

I got the most popular item (Italian) because it was apparently so popular, but my sandwich was so bad. I think the mayonnaise went bad, like it was sour so it made the whole sandwich taste bad. Waste of 15 usd, but the customer service was nice when ordering, but I don’t think I’ll be returning due to poor food quality.

I went in to claim my birthday reward (free sub with purchase). The employee was rather rude stating that “if you don’t have the email code, then there is nothing I can really do for you.” As a service worker myself, I understand company policy. I had shown him proof of my reward program and proof of purchase within 3 months, as well as my birthday in the app and drivers license. He was rude and not at all understanding. I left and went to Jersey mikes where I was given a free sub WITHOUT purchase, proof of birthday NOR a reward program. Yall need to do better. They lost a customer today. ALSO THEY DID NOT SAY HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! LAME!
