If I could give zero stars I would. We go to a different firehouse all the time. This sandwich was soggy, not toasted, had a weird chemical taste. We just left and I wasted $16. Can’t eat. It’s nasty!! Literally bought it went straight to the car to eat and it’s disgusting. Not toasted and soggy. Do not go to this location!!

Food’s good, price is right, staff is great. Only issue was they were a little understaffed. Still didn’t wait that long. Just a little longer than other places. Still going back again.

James is absolutely the best! I haven’t been to fire house subs in a long time. But wow! What a great guy hooked me up and was the kindest person! What excellent customer service. I rarely come on this side of town but whenever I come I will make sure to come say what up! Great food but even better service! Definitely a wow experience! 5 stars!

Had lunch delivered and it was missing a coke. The store was completely unreachable in order to rectify this. I reached out to Gabriel the catering manager, he was awesome in helping me. I love Fire House but come on guys, the store phone needs to be answered.

Absolutely the worst experience with both food and customer service.
I tried calling the store 12 times to adjust my order, but no one answered. When I arrived, they told me their phones were turned off. My order had been sitting out for a long time, and when I spoke with both the store manager and the offsite manager, they showed zero respect. They refused to remake the sandwiches or issue a refund.
On my order, I specifically requested:
One sandwich without cheese because my coworker is allergic. It came with cheese, so he couldn’t eat it.
Another sandwich without onions because another coworker is allergic. It came with onions.
When I called to discuss the issue, the manager, Levi, was extremely rude and even hung up on me mid-conversation. Overall, the food was disgusting, and the staff clearly didn’t care about fixing their mistakes.
Do not go here. Terrible food and even worse customer service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE-When asking to speak with a manager to find some resolution for a problem, I was told the manager can’t speak with me because he/she doesn’t speak English. While I generally like this chain, my experience with this location was disappointing at best. I absolutely will not return and would want others to know that if you have a problem with anything, you will not get support.

This was my first experience at firehouse subs, and it was Better than I expected. The worker helping me, Michael, was great. He was kind and informative and help me make some really great decisions. The food was great and fresh. I definitely will go again.

We came in today and it was about 8:20pm, we tried a different cafe prior to going into Firehouse and we got an attitude because it was close to closing time so we left. We weren’t sure what kind of greeting we would get when we walked into Firehouse but as we walked in Caleb was cleaning and we asked him if it was too late to be served, he said no, come on in. Liam was working the counter and he was very kind and patient as my friend and I were a little indecisive. The store was clean, the food was good and the service was awesome. Thank you guys!
