Really good sandwiches. Service is suspect. Usually slow but I give the benefit of the doubt that good sandwiches take time. BUT – ALWAYS check the bag before you leave (good rule of thumb for any place, really) Especially if you get something like the French Dip. They did not put the aus jus in the bag. Pretty important part of a “dip” sandwich is the actual dip. I ate it anyway but wasn’t the same.

Went into Firehouse subs this evening to get a sub (7:30ish) Restaurant was not busy, 3 male employees, and two other couples (customers) in at the time (1 seated eating while other was waiting on subs). After ordering, I waited and watched as 5 other people came in and ordered after me. I waited more than 25+ min. for a medium Cajun chicken sub. When my order was ready, I grabbed my sub and left. As I left, I thought….wow this bag seems awfully light but I truly didn’t give it a second thought. Man, I truly should have, got home, opened my sub and what a disappointment. There is nothing on this sub, a few pieces of chicken (doesn’t cover whole sub and a little lettuce and mayo. I asked that tomato be added, nope absolutely no tomato. If this is what your subs look on a regular basis, I highly doubt I’ll be back and I can’t imagine you having many repeat customers, especially after waiting 25+ minutes while employees seemed to be standing around watching one person. I really hoped for more. Firehouse do better for your customers!!

We placed our order ahead of time and arrived after the estimated pickup time. The employee explained he was working alone and running behind, which I understood, so I said I’d wait in the car. After another 15 minutes, I went back in only to learn the order still hadn’t been started. A second employee eventually arrived and began helping.
The restaurant itself was messy and unorganized, so I waited outside again until I saw the order placed on the pickup rack. When I got home and gave my wife her sandwich, we discovered it had been made with no meat at all.
We’re regular Firehouse Subs customers and usually enjoy the food and service, but this location fell far below the standards we’ve come to expect.

I just got home from ordering a hook and ladder salad – I told the person taking my order how many dressings I wanted – when I got home it was half the amount I requested. The amount of dressing in those little cups doesn’t add up to a damn spoonful! Listen to your customer’s and honor their request – for that I rare the service below average

I love their sandwiches. My husband introduced this place to me and this is a spot we go to often. The Cajun chicken is a family favorite. But, I haven’t had a single bad sandwich from them and I’ve tried many off their menu. I also love how they have a round up program for first responders. I think it’s great that this place thinks of them especially in a time where first responders aren’t getting the recognition they deserve.

Food is awesome imo. I LOVE me some firehouse subs! Ordered basic turkey and cheese and it was like royalty. Daughter got ham and cheese kids box and she ate entire kid sub! Service was a lil slow but they were busy with lotta to go orders. Prices are reasonable and same as most other premium sub restaurants. Only thing is might not want to eat in lol, but firehouse subs is best sub shop in town!

Saturday afternoon at lunch, going to be busy which I assumed. Obviously some of the employees were newer and younger, probably teenagers. Waited about 45 minutes. The manager/owner was berating employees loudly in front of everyone in the restaurant. Very rude, was being condescending & confrontational to customers. Sub was laying on its side in the container. Have been to this firehouse many times, and clearly there’s an issue as a lot of people are posting similar reviews.

Went to pick up a pick-up order for my spouse’s mother (1 sandwich). Order was placed well in advance and still took almost 40 minutes to make. They seemed to be behind on orders, but with about 3-4 people behind the counter, only one seemed to know what he was doing while the others just did the bare minimum as they may have been new or just lost.
Edit 1/3/2026- ordered again tonight. Cold turkey and provolone. I wanted all the toppings except deli mustard, and guess what I got???? Just meat and cheese, no lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, oil and vinegar. I had to build my whole sandwich all over again when I got home after cutting my own onions, tomatoes, and adding my own mayo, oil, and vinegar….. I’m gonna start taking my sub apart when I come in every time before I leave because these high school kids do not know how to read.

First and foremost I’m the most understanding person in the world so I came in and tried to do the 2/20 large hook and ladder, I was told I have to do it through the app fine no problem I love ordering on the app, fast forward 25 min went by people who came after me coming and going, no one said hey sir are you waiting on a order anything, so I went up to the counter the didn’t even see the order, then it magically came up, then once they made the food they sat it on the counter didn’t say hey sir your food is ready sorry for the wait, when I tell you I will never come back to this firehouse first impression is the last for me, very disappointed, my whole lunch is gone thanks for nothing.
