Called in our ordered ahead but when we arrived they did not have it in their system. Had to wait for them to make the sandwiches and when we arrived home one of our sandwiches was incorrect. We called to tell them and were told we would have to drive back to the store with the Sandwich for them to remarke it. That is a huge inconvenience so we said never mind. There should be some sort of other compensation available for this type of situation, since none of it worked as it should from preordering to the final product. Disappointed in the outcome of our meal this evening.

This location always takes FOREVER to get your order ready. I’m not one to right reviews but last 3 times I’ve ordered here I’ve had to wait an HOUR for one sub.. the kids don’t wanna work they literally just stand around and gossip while the manager (I’m assuming bc she wears a different color shirt stands and does the same thing! Also one kid there kept telling the manager he’s “not doing shit” and that when 3 hits he’s out the door. (Guessing when his shift ends) I’ve tried to give it a chance because I love the food but this isn’t worth it and your time and money is not valued here.

4/17/2023 I’m picking up a doordash order, I get there instead of them contacting customer and going ahead and start an order to have me contact them after I get there, the customer had missed marked how to make the order and it taken all the items off instead of thinking he was adding the items to it. So after I got that straightened out they said it would be 5 minutes after 15 minutes I go back and ask them they’ve done made it set it on the counter hadn’t even given it to me, then I get to the customer and they open the bag and the chips weren’t even in the bag. They need to joke less cuss less behind the counter with children in store and focus on their job

I order a salad and they did not put salt and pepper on it. The grill chicken was cold. They tell me I have to say I want it hot. The name of the salad was Italian with grill chicken and I received one slice of salami. I waited over 30 minutes. Never been disappointed at Jersey Mike’s.

I don’t usually do reviews but had such a bad experience at firehouse in Lexington , we Ordered online and someone accidentally took our order I understand mistakes happen but the Manager was unapologetic and very reluctant to give us a refund and seemed to want to try to make it our fault . Poor customer service and we will not be back

I normally don’t have many issues when it comes to fire house but today was very disappointing ordering my food and at no point over the course of over a half hour never being updated then after being a half hour and asking how much longer finding out I still had multiple orders ahead of mine. No one at any point informed us and it would’ve been nearly an hour to get two sandwiches. I think this is a little ridiculous especially for a customer that sitting in your store.
