I stopped by yesterday for the first time and unfortunately they were experiencing roof leaks. They had buckets everywhere and half of the tables had water dripping from the ceiling. This location is way too small in my opinion. The line of guests inside was long with little room to move and seating was full during lunch.
Moving on to my lunch, I ordered a small meatball sub with a cup of potato soup with a drink. My sub was very tasty and well put together. I barely ate the soup because it had no substance. It was watery at best with a few potatoes. I tried to use the oyster crackers to thicken it up but that was a failed attempt so I tossed it. Stick to the subs they are definitely better than our pub subs.

The food is amazing!! It was my first time here. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by ASLAN. His customer service was absolutely amazing! Giving recommendations and very patient. Firehouse is very lucky to have him as an employee! You don’t get customer service like that anymore. He’s very kind! We will keep coming back.

Went here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Store was not busy at all. There was 4 of us. We ordered 2 large subs. The first was an Italian on garlic bread. We wanted half of it to be as orded per the menu but simply no onions. The other half was as ordered per menu and add banana and green peppers. The Manager Kylie came out to help the gal at the front to make the order correct. She even repeated it back to me. When the sub came out it was as ordered per menu with banana and green peppers on the WHOLE sub. And there was onions on the side where there was not supposed to have any. Not sure how hard the order was but they said it was ok and they understood. To spend over $30 and get the one sub we asked for to be wrong is disappointing. Having the “Manager” take my order and mess it up is even more disappointing. If you don’t want to be disappointed just order as the menu reads because apparently it’s to much to ask for a small alteration.

Nice looking Firehouse Subs. Cashier knew exactly all the right questions to ask. It took barely 5 minutes to put together a large cheese steak and a large order of fries. Quite impressive. Food was of a good quality. Would definitely recommend this establishment if you like Firehouse.

Unless you want to throw money away DO NOT eat there on Tuesday evening the service is horrible and is only second to the food I usually have great food and service the days I go vary but tonight the fries were hard as a rock I thought I cracked a tooth and the steak and cheese was abysmal not to mention the Mac and cheese my wife got was cold and like a block as if it had been sitting in the paper tub they serve it in for quite a while not sure if I’ll go back $50 for a couple sandwiches and a pickle

I placed a pickup order at Firehouse Subs for a cheese steak hoagie, a meatball hoagie and fries. Everything was delicious! The order was ready on time, neatly packed, and still hot when I got home. I am 20 mins from FH Subs and nothing was soggy, everything was perfect! The cheese steak hoagie was loaded with tender meat, melted cheese, and plenty of flavor. The meatball hoagie was amazing, meatballs tasted like they were homemade and just the right amount of sauce. The fries were crisp and seasoned well, a great side to the sandwiches. Overall, a smooth pickup experience with delicious food, definitely a place I’ll order from again.

Please avoid this place because they don’t care about customers. First the all, I was a regular customer, I went to this place three weeks ago to buy a sandwich. Outside of the store someone hit my car. I went to the store again to explain them the situation. The lady in front told to me ‘yes’ the store have cameras outside but she has to talk to the manager before the access, the manager told her he has to talk to the owner first, I left them my phone number and my name. I never heard from them. I called them today the manager told me the store doesn’t have cameras. A lot of lies for no reason. That’s not the way to treat customers. I will never go to the store again.

Ordered a veggie sub and it literally came with lettuce and pickles and cheese. It was supposed to have four more toppings on there. I called back and the manager asked me to drive 30+ mins to have it remade and get 50% off my next visit. I’m not gonna drive over 30 mins to have this remade and accept the lousy offer of 50% off next time…

Was great when they first opened, now we did a pickup order and the food was literally so soggy and the ingredients were dry regardless of the bread being super soggy. We got a bowl and it missing the meat except for one slice of ham, and we ordered brisket and cheddar cheese bowl. Absolutely horrible experience.
