My mother and I came in to order our meals. When we arrived we came in like 30 minutes before they were closing. We came in at 8:30pm . We noticed all the trash bag plus trash can were missing. So we were thinking oh maybe they were in the process of exchanging for a new trash bag. So we order our food . I ask them what time they were closing and they responded back with 9:00pm. We sat down and waited for our food. So then we had our food ready but It was in the bag not in the dine in plate thing. I thought it was weird but I went along with it. Then as soon as start pulling out our food. One of the coworkers told us that we couldn’t eat in the dining. Keep in mind we had 15 minutes before closing. So my mother was we would’ve known that we couldn’t dine in then we could’ve have fine somewhere else and plus we still have couple minute before closing so we would eat quickly. So they gave us an attitude and respond we close at 9pm. So we proceeded eating our meal. A customer came in and tried to order but the workers told that person no. My mom and I looked each other in shocked. Then when we’re finished with our food and about to throw in trash. There were no trash bags or bin. So we had to leave with trash in our hands and found one a fee doors down. It really has shown us that they really did not want to sell their foods to the customers or show care . The workers seems to be young like between high schoolers and early 20s . It was absolutely shocking to see a lack of interest from the coworkers. I enjoy firehouse but definitely did not enjoy on how they promoted their professionalism to the customers. Firehouse please do better at training the professionalism and close when it’s right at closing time not few minutes before unless you are willing to change the closing time early on the door so it doesn’t get people confused or miscommunication. I would like to see better improvements please.

Wisdom did an amazing job, under a lot of pressure- she was a friendly employee and made sure everything was correct. Food was great, no complaints. Hang in there W, restaurant business is rough, you’ll be a great employee wherever you go!

Asked for no cheese, they still put cheese. Ask for a remake kindly and employees take insane amount of time to remake it and showed signs of how angry they were to do it. You are better off at another sandwich place or eating at home. Food should be made with kindness and your workers seem like bring there is a punishment. It was my first time there and I was really excited cause well a place called fire house subs the food should be ‘fire’s right? Nah it was boring. Interior of the building doesnt make sense either, this location needs a update why do I come in the store and gotta walk all the way across past every customer to start a order . And when the foods done I comes out the middles of the place? Whoever designed it doesn’t understand convenience. Doesnt understand the brand , this place has potential but is sloppy. And no I’m not some old head im young, got my own place and bills and job so dont use some automatic apology on my review. DO BETTERIN THE STORE. move the sauce bar it’s more convient to ppl causes passed it up thinking it was employee sauce bottles, maybe even move the chairs idk but fr bad food,bad service , bad atmosphere DO BETTER

Came in on Tuesday night after the light walk thru and made a good size order. The 3 workers who were working were too busy talking and messing around instead of making sandwiches in a timely manor. When I ordered I had to repeat myself 4x bc the kid was paying no attention to me I think whatever was on his ear bud was more important than a paying customer. When I came in no one else was there accept a homeless person hanging out talking loudly on her phone with her cart full of stuff. We ordered extra meat on our sandwiches and paid for it and didn’t even get the usual amt much less any extra we paid $3 more for. We got a kids grilled cheese that was more like just a cheese sandwich it was barely grilled the cheese was not melted and kind of cold. The sandwiches were thrown together and put in the bag upside down. I had to go back inside to get the soup I ordered bc it wasn’t in the bag. Poor service and it should not have taken the time it did to make what we ordered. Again the spent more time talking to each other about stupid stuff then they did making the food. Do better firehouse!!

Please make sure to order from the correct location on the app, I placed an order for this location because I usually order from here but I failed to correct the address on the app, so I immediately went to the app and canceled the order like the app instructed me, I also called the store to cancel the order so they wouldn’t make it. I did everything to cancel the order and they still charged me. I made 1 complaint to the company and I followed up requesting a refund but I haven’t received one yet that was December 2025. No food or refund. I will not be back and it’s a real bummer because I really like their club on a sub!

Done with this Firehouse. Ripped us off twice now by not putting our whole order in the bag and mysteriously, it’s always the most expensive sandwich. Manager says we have to get a refund from the app and the app claims all refunds come from the shop. I call BS. A charity business that exports it’s donations. How nice for them.

Not honoring deals offered thru uber is pretty messed up. Esp when uber doesnt give a refund big enough to fix things.

Buy one get one sandwhich is a scam. Be prepared to split the one u get food was ok but not warm at all. Shame on you guys for false advertizing

Always a great sandwich have never had a bad experience. The only place I go for a sub. Very reasonably priced can eat here cheaper than going out for burgers and fries. Keep up the great job.
