Just went here for my lunch break. I work across the way at massage envy. It was my first real lunch after recovering from being sick so it was really looking forward to it. My complaint isn’t about the food per se, but I went in and at first it took a minute for the two guys working to actually acknowledge me. I don’t know if they just were happy to be there or what was going on, but I overlooked it as I was trying to hurry up on my lunch break. The young man took my order and I had my food out within a couple minutes never had issues with my orders before so decided not to check my order as though I was in a hurry And went back to work to eat my lunch upon getting there I opened up my sub and the top to my bread was not on my sub. All I had were my bottoms and my toppings. I ordered a full sandwich not just my sandwich with no top bread. very hard, eating a sandwich with no top bread I have no clue as to why they didn’t put that back on my sandwich . I mean, how do you forget to put the top bread on a sub? I was gonna post a picture of it, but I see no where to add a picture at the moment

Me and my wife got subs. She got cheddar cheese ranch, and I got a meatball. The bread was old, hard, and chewy. The carmelized onion was hard, and undercooked, the chicken was hard like it had been microwaved. We asked for extra on our sandwiches, and never got it. Both sandwiches was dry, vegetables was old mushy, and stringy. Worst sub I’ve ever had. This was our first and last visit. Definitely not worth what we paid! I could have went crappy Subway, and got a better sandwich. Extremely disappointed!

We ordered delivery and was given 45min delivery. After an hour tried to call and check on order as it showed still being prepared and the phone number on Google not in service. Attempted the one line help no option for this situation but other which never connected me to someone to help . Tried to cancel and got the message cannot and closed the case which did not allow me try for help again.

I bought from here on a recommendation. I’m so glad I listened. One of the best Steak and cheese I have had. I did add mushrooms to make it more to my liking.

One of the main reasons I love Firehouse Subs is because they are major supporters of public safety and law enforcement. Working in law enforcement myself, I always make sure to keep up my appearances at this chain. The staff is always friendly and I love that they make the subs right in front of you. The ingredients are always fresh and I never get sick eating here like I do with Subway.
This is another restaurant that I never have any issues with in ordering. My food is always perfection and they always get it right.
I have three regular subs that I usually order, the main one being their beef & cheddar brisket (pictured). I also love their spicy meatball subs and their turkey bacon ranch. They have so many options, there’s something for everyone with any craving.

All of these photos were taken between 8:40-8:45. I understand prepping for close but closing 15-20 minutes early and closing online as well is unacceptable. If you say you close at 9 then you’re closed at 9 no later, no earlier. It’s not that hard but instead i went to jersey mikes across the street which was ACTUALLY OPEN until 9pm no door locked earlier and grill still on.

While the food is always good, the employees look highly unmotivated, the floors were filthy, and the table tops needed wiped off as well as the cup lids were all but empty and I had to fish my lid out of the packaging myself that was just tossed in the holder. The Chip rack is hardly stocked and no one greeted us as all. The girl at the registers outfit looked like she just rolled out of bed and she didn’t speak to me at all until I finally just started my order. There was one employee that rolled up floor mats and literally threw one between the soda machines like it owed him money making a very loud slamming sound when it hit the soda machine and then he stormed off. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location until they get it together, it’s just not an atmosphere that I desired sitting down in to enjoy my meal.
