We visited firehouse subs anytime we are in Little Rock area. We choose it because food and service was always great. This location had the worst food and service ever since dining with the franchise. From my experience over years this by far the reason. I will dine at another franchise next time, I’m in the area!

My son and I didn’t even get to eat here because they DENIED US SERVICE today. We walked in and a worker behind the counter said they couldn’t make us sandwiches because they were TOO BUSY. I’ve never been turned down no matter how busy a place is and I would call before you decide to eat at this location.

How is this location so understaffed that the sign on the door saying they are unstaffed and the wait times are going to be longer faded from being up so long that being said the three employees that were working around 1400 on 8/31/25 need a raise i come here once every couple months and I have never had my experience be this great and fast. Manager in the walking boot cast and her two coworkers had a full place not a open seat and in store and pickup order filled just a few minutes faster than I have ever experienced at this location

Chicken Salad was great. I loved it.
2 stars because there were 2 butts of lettuce in my salad. You make the salad by hand, how does this happen? It made the salad look full cause it was under the lettuce, so now I was out about 1/4 of my salad because of the 2 butts of lettuce. Completely unacceptable.

Yesterday was not a good day. Walked inside at 1:15 pm and ordered 2 sandwiches. Dining area was full of people but everyone ate and left after wife and myself arrived. We sat there 28 minutes and finally got our meal that usually takes about 5 to 7 minutes. Lady brought our food and said sorry took so long. Food good like always just the waiting on food was bad.

We went in to try it. My fiancé was telling me how good it was so I was excited to try it!!! The girl who weighted on us asked if we wanted it to eat there or get it to go..when we were thinking about it she rudley said “we’re fixing to close”…it was 8:15 and they closed at 9. So we got it to go. Our food was perfect but we had to wait for them to make their sandwiches they took home for the night. So the wait was long the people were rude the only reason I gave 1 star is because the food was awesome! I wouldn’t recommend anyone go their bc the staff is so rude.

I love firehouse so much and I never really spend money on sandwiches ever. But I am always left feeling so empty when I get to go orders either the workers are so dead. They butcher your sandwich or they completely forget one of the best things about firehouse, which is the pickle. There is nothing like going home super excited, hoping that they did their job. Maybe you even added a couple more pickles into your order just to get home and open it and realize they gave you zero pickles. The fact that this happens seven out of 10 times no matter how many people they hire or fire just makes me depressed. It takes away so much value from the sandwich and the service and it makes me question if I ever wanna come back but the sandwich is always so good, but I always come back to be disappointed again because so much time has passed and my trust has been regained and only to come home to the same outcome year after year
