1/29/26 visited about 5pm. Absolute rudest and grumpiest miserable worker ever.
The girl and her boyfriend were nice but the other kid that they said is shift manager is the rudest, most smartmouthed, and miserable person i have ever dealt with in firehouse history.
Super rude. Made a mistake on a sandwhich that was clearly his fault because it was on receipt. Told coworker to tell me to shut up and eat it and bobbed his head. Also was out of so many options and said we are out bcs im not prepping more deal with what we have.
The two working under him clearly are miserable and mistreated by him also. Would love to have someome over this store location to contact me.
Also please go back and review cameras of the gestures he madr and the sticking out of the tongue at my wife as we were leaving.

okay so i understand i came in 30 mins before close but i just got off work, but a young man who was working there told me “sorry we’re not serving sandwiches anymore” like why would you even be open if you aren’t serving food? so you can get paid and not have to work? on top of that, as i walked up i watched him hitting something in the back, like a vape or something. i’m honestly never gonna come back here, ill stick with jimmy johns.

It was early morning around 10 AM, I was walking up to go into the store. That was until I heard shouting, and it was coming from none other than an Employee verbally shouting/abusing at who I can only assume was his girlfriend. This wasn’t something you could eavesdrop on, door was wide open, as he was shouting at her as she was dropping him off. This was very off-putting, and is not something that should happen in general, and much less in front of the store. I hope the owner or someone at the store sees this and corrects this boys behavior. This is not a store where I would feel safe at with that kind of employee.
And to the woman dropping him off: Leave this boy and get you a man who drops you off at work.

Food is great. Never made wrong. Come all the time. Not sure when they hired this new guy Eduardo but he is a prick and is an obvious “we just needed somebody” hire… typically the staff is always great and has a phenomenal attitude and just good service but Eduardo was just being a rude the while time.
