Great service, fantastic food, and excellent hat care! An amazing place to stop and get a good sandwich, and to warm up from the freezing cold. Plus they took great care of my hat while I was away from work!

Usually a good place to go for good subs. Rarely do we have an order wrong and if it is they fix it very quickly and apologize.
Today was the Medium BBQ Cuban sub and Medium Firehouse Hero. Both were cooked correctly and came out fairly quickly.
Their app isn’t the best but certainly not the worst, that’s not this store’s fault. However, they always seem to put new people on the register who don’t know how to redeem free stuff on the app.Be prepared to wait a little longer for a more experienced worker to come to the rescue.
This is also another place that asks for a tip before you get your food. Places really need to stop this process. If I am going to tip it is because of the good service, not because I think I might get good service. I took off a star for that, the floors were dirty and that the bathroom was a mess. A worker actually interrupted our lunch to sweep under our table and commented that she was sorry but it hadn’t been done since last night.
Parking is plentiful and there is some outside tables if you prefer.
Their best subs are usually only offered for a limited time (like the Kings Hawaiian pork sandwich) and their sign for their new soups have been up for a few years so no, they aren’t “new”.

Last time at this firehouse! I called to speak with the manager Sarah as my sub was missing meat. I’ve been here several times and had minimum complaints but never addressed them but this time I’m done! She said that they weigh the meat which they may but not this time, I guess she saying I’m lying and they can’t skip weighing. My sub was basically not toasted, small amount of meat and forgot to add banana peppers as I asked and on receipt. She said that I could bring back and they would remake, but I didn’t want to wait until I got off to take a sandwich back, I will take the loss but never again. And they were busy so they could have just eyeballed the meat instead of weighing it, no excuse when people are spending their hard earned money!!

I came in asking questions about the sandwichs. I asked for a sandwich and only asked them to keep one thing off of it which is bacon and then the cashier coworkers comes over tried giving me what I did not want stating its cheaper if you do it this way when I just wanted what I order and I made it very simple by asking for one item off of it. If someone comes in and says they want something dont try to make a choice thinking they care more about the prices then what they want. But that was not the only thing that really irritates me about the service of this store. The cashier thought she was slick and flipped me off pretending she was just itching her nose using her middle finger. Do not hire minors if they are not mature enough for a job. Coming from someone whos successful in customer service. Do better hiring your people. Also another thing I said 4 times to them not to give me bacon because im allergic they doubled the bacon guess yall dont care about killing someone. If someone is paying you a service to make there food and you deliberately do not listen you not only waste my time my gas and my money why should I come back? Yall dont deserve service then.

Asked for a extra pickle on phone order because I ordered a large sub. I actually won’t eat the sandwich without a pickle . So I got one pickle and it’s dinky as heck and not fresh . Firehouse has a problem with free pickles lately , on top of that I aksed when the screen was prompting a tip of my extra pickle was there and she said it’s on the box should be in there . Tipped , got on the road still half hour from my appointment.now half a sandwich left with no pickle .

We went in to eat at 2 PM not even lunch rush, and all the tables were filthy and the floor had Cheetos all over it and everybody’s standing behind the counter I had to wipe down my own table. The manager needs to have a little meeting with his employees.

This is my first time at this location since moving. I ordered a veggie sub with tomatoes, onion, lettuce, cucumber, green bell peppers, banana peppers, oil & vinegar, mustard, and a pickle on the side. I got extra lettuce and banana peppers. Nothing else.

I ordered from the menu board, a salad called a firehouse salad with meat under the description. I received a salad with no meat. They made sure to tell me when they handed it to me it did not have meat but the cash register young rude girl didn’t bother to ask when I ordered and then tried to be rude back to me she argued with me about what I saw and what I ordered and was very unprofessional. During all of that she tried to refund my money and charged me again more money and I said forget it. It was too much and she was not pleasant at all and did not do her job
