The new owner has done a great job improving this Firehouse Subs location. I travel 25 miles to eat here. Everyone is very friendly and the sandwiches taste great. There are lots of choices and seasonal specialty subs. The subs are hot and fresh and the order is accurate. The owner is always working and if in the rare chance there is an issue I know he will make it right.

Nice little sandwich spot. Chill atmosphere, friendly staff. Fast service. We went there on Veterans Day… and someone who is currently serving or no longer in the force came in and asked if they had a deal going on… they said no… unfortunate. I wanted to offer and pay for them, but I did not have my card with me SMH! Other than that, it was a decent lunch, and we’ll probably stop by in 6 months

John was the single greatest worker I have ever had the honor of being served by. Made my sandwich so good I was thinking about it for the rest of my shift. As a self-proclaimed semi-professional foodie, this spot deserves a 10/10 in my book. Great atmosphere, food, and clean. Thought we’d try this place out. Found it to be very clean, fast and courteous service. We were very pleasantly surprised. Talked to the owner about the menu. We went with 2 different turkey sandwiches. Very fresh ingredients, great flavor. Will def be back again. I really liked the soft drink machine with all the buttons and lots of combinations.

First time customer. The restaurant was clearly without A/C on a very hot day. The first impression was a shabby bearded dude hovering over a little girl that looked to be doing work on a notepad. I don’t think the dude was a customer but he did nothing for my entire visit. The cashier was AWESOME she was very pleasant and was the most professional person in the building. I ordered a cheddar brisket sandwich. I didn’t realize they steam their sandwiches, my bad. The cook, again trying hard but completely rudderless had to call the lady sweeping over to confirm which bin was brisket?!? The brisket was absolutely not smoked for 16 hours like the website suggests. It was crock pot texture and pure liquid smoke. I asked for no mayo and got it, zero bbq sauce?!? I tapped out after a few bites and got Jersey Mikes.

Boxes piled everywhere both by front windows, and hallway to bathroom. I ought to have documented with photos 😉 Very unprofessional look. / And pitifully small bread selection, merely white or wheat – disappointing.

More expensive than Subway, tried the thanksgiving special sub with roast turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce, was really good next time I will order without the mayo, does not come with gravy must order separately, gravy a little salty but was good for dipping the sub.

Had the worst experience here, The manager was extremely rude and disrespectful he did not have a welcoming personality. The food was made very poorly as well i expected more considering all the good reviews this place has. I will not be returning i thought other people should be aware aswell..
