Ordered two medium sandwiches. Taken back by the size of the sandwiches and the thin amount of meat. There is no comparison to Jersey Mike’s in terms of size of sandwich and amount of meat. Disappointed, but such is the life of a foodie: you win some, and you lose some. Ah well.

For some reason this location never gets our orders correct. James was so incredibly rude and disrespectful. I respectfully asked if they could remake our order and he got very angry at me and the girl who was trying to help with the mistake. I feel bad for how she was treated and I do not think it’s ok for him to treat customers like this either. He made me feel like it was my fault for him getting my order wrong. Please remember to treat your customers with respect!

We ordered two hook and ladder subs, a bowl of chili, and a bowl of soup. Off the bat I’ll say that the bowl of chili was surprisingly good, and probably my favorite part of the meal. The loaded potato soup was decent, but I wouldn’t get it again.
As for the subs, they were average. The ingredients tasted good, but they could have been better spread out through the roll – no one likes the ends of the subs with no toppings left! Also one of the sandwiches was supposed to come with onion, but didn’t.
I would have been disappointed if the subs weren’t free (with a coupon we had), because it would have been about $10 per sub. The price and quality here is probably comparable to other places like Subway, but I’m not really a fan of any of them.

This place has been our family’s favorite sandwich shop for years. It is always clean and the staff are always nice and professional. My favorite is the Italian and it never disappoints!

They have never gotten my delivery order right. They always add what I ask not to add. This time they had so much mayo on my sandwich it completely fell apart. I asked for no peppers or caramelized onions also and they included them. I had to dig through my sandwich to remove them. There were more veggies than there was meat. No more ordering from them.

Went to Firehouse Subs on Saturday April 24th, 2021 between the time of 1:30pm and 2:00pm. The sandwiches never disappoint but on this day the employees did. I am sure employees go through a on-boarding process of what to do, what “NOT” to say when getting hired. But then again I maybe mistaken. There was inappropriate talk behind the counter amongst the employees about certain customers. This should not be discussed or even mentioned in the public eye when employees are working. Also what is the matter with Firehouse Subs putting the drinking cups on the tables for the customers to pick from. (Picture attached) We are worried about wearing masks and spreading the virus, but did you happen to think that the virus can also spread on the cups that are in the middle restaurant. I mean employees are wearing gloves for food handling procedures and probably follow the best practices of anyone entering the establishment. But it seems to be pretty hypocritical to have someone wear a mask on entering an establishment, only to find out the cups are out in the open for anyone to touch.
