I have ordered to go options from here twice. One, I had the turkey sub which was amazing and loaded with tomatoes, lettuce etc. It was one of the greatest turkey subs I have had. Today I ordered the meatball sub and after I eat it, I could tell my heart started to flutter a bit. I am not sure why or what was in the sand which but it is a bit odd to me that this would happen. I have never had this problem before but just need to write this review and hope it does not happen to others out there. Maybe this was a one off and I hope so.

Very nice staff. Easy location. They have been there for years in a small shopping strip in the heart of Johns Creek just across the street from the South Forsyth County border. Probably a better one of the locations. I had the Engineer with Turkey, Swiss, and mushrooms. I’m just not a fan of the food at any of the local locations, or other cities I’ve been to over the past several years. To me, there’s just not much flavor. Very bland. Not a fan. I know it’s like a cult following for those who love it, and maybe that’s why I’ve given it several, several chances, but it’s not a cult following for everybody else.

I asked for no onion on my wife’s sandwich and I had to end up getting her something else. I waited 10 minutes for them to get me a lime coke. Apparently, no one knows how to replace the syrup in the Freestyle machine.

I ordered a large sub with just cheese, lettuce, and mayo. (veggie sub minus everything) and asked for extra cheese.
I paid $3.75 for extra cheese and this was how much cheese I got.
Don’t pay for extra cheese, it’s a rip off. I’m assuming I didn’t get my extra cheese and the person making my sub didn’t read the ticket because it’s just barely one layer per cheese.

When I ordered a sandwich a little after 9 pm tonight from the only place that was open, my expectations were low. I was sure the bread would be stale, the lettuce wilted, and the employees angry to be there, but I was a hungry man.
I was wrong. The employees were professional and the sandwiches were hot and ready in less than 10 minutes. It felt like opening a treasure chest when I got home, and it tasted even better than it looked.
Strongly recommend this place at any hour. Also the following sandwiches got full marks from the family

This location was a little out of our way, but we got on the app and looked for the closest location. This was the store nearest where we were visiting so we stopped for a late lunch. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the food came out and our sub was still hot and it was extremely delicious. The Freestyle soda machine is also incredible and I was able to get a Strawberry Zero Sugar Dr Pepper and it was GREAT!! The restrooms were very clean and did NOT have an odor, which is almost always found in a public restroom, but not at this Firehouse location!!

Food was ready when I arrived to pick it up and an employee was very responsive when providing containers for the hot sauce bar, which has finally returned after the overblown reaction to COVID.
We ordered the medium Hook and Ladder and the medium Meatball sub. Both had great flavors and tasted fresh.
This location tends be the better one over any of the other locations in the Alpharetta/Johns Creek/Milton area. I only order from this location now for the past several years.
