The staff, Angel and Ruben were very professional and they truly care about their customers and their dining experience! I wish I had taken a pic of my sandwich…. they created a visual Masterpiece. 3•15•25 we came in this firehouse and it was fantastic I wanna give out a special shout out to RUBEN the one who made our sandwiches made them awesome he puts thought into them as if it were for himself meaning just the right amount of the mayo, mustard, or sauces idk what it is but I feel he has the experience to think abt the customer and dont do just another sandwich. Look, if you’re Hispanic, there is a saying it’s all in the hand. You can make one, and I can make one with the same ingredients, yet I promise you they both will be and taste different. Idk why, but it will, and as they say, Iykyk.. but overall, he made my engineer sammich, and the new one spicey can’t remember the name. But yes Thank You Ruben. And Firehouse subs, take care of this gentleman very hospitable and give good recommendations for your menu.

I recently visited Firehouse Subs and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The employee working at the time was unprofessional and not polite. Instead of providing good customer service, they complained about there being too many customers and even told us that there’s Burger King and McDonald’s if we wanted somewhere else to eat.
As customers, we expect to be treated with respect, especially when we’re choosing to spend our money at a business. Comments like that are inappropriate and make customers feel unwelcome. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better training to ensure a more professional and friendly environment in the future.

The best time to come is in the evening because that night crew is locked in! Not only was our food done quick, but they were some of the chilliest dudes I’ve ever met. Great service, great food, that’s the experience you want!

this place started out pretty good, i like the Italian sub. but these last times ive ordered sandwiches it comes covered in mayonnaise, so much so they should change the name of the sandwich. bread was soggy and everything was wet and cold. totally disgusting. not buying from this place anymore, after the 3rd try, i learned my lesson
