This was two weeks ago. April 15 to be exact. The food the week before was so delicious as it normally is. Not sure who was working this day but all of our sandwiches were not good at all. They were made poorly and tasted awful. I won’t be back for a very long time. The taste ruined it for me. This was the steak and cheese.

For the past 10- 15 yrs we’ve eating at Firehouse subs and the subs are always warm, fresh and taste delicious, customer service, cleanliness and the warm welcoming environment are all wonderful!!

If the cashier on duty tonight wasn’t so hard up to have an attitude I probably would have actually spent my money here, instead I turned around and walked out of the door when the cashier made ordering a simple pepperoni sub absolutely impossible by telling me that they couldn’t make a pepperoni sub, that I HAD to order the meatball sub with pepperoni on it and that I could not get any other toppings on it other than what comes on the meatball sub. Didn’t offer a stripped down Italian or any other alternative to gain a customers dollar. The owner/manager of this location needs to heavily weigh in on the uninviting attitude of the staff, no wonder why the place was completely empty.
