I am from out of town and this has been the best firehouse subs experience I’ve ever had. I am kicking myself for throwing my receipt away as I’d like to mention the crew by name and I was not with it enough to read name tags. The quality of the food we received was above and beyond, packed with care and just amazing quality. Legit this may be the best side salad I’ve ever had from a fast food place and I feel like that is crazy to say. We ordered Togo at approx 6pm on Wednesday 10/9/25 if that helps pinpoint the crew members who helped us. Anyways, this was a great experience! I’m hoping that the locations in Oregon can replicate this experience and food quality when I visit firehouse in the future, thanks again!

This store is always a sure shot, two things to take in consideration. This is one of the busiest areas on international drive. During weekends don’t expect fast service, even on the app, it might double the waiting time. It’s pretty normal with all business in this plaza. They really try to do their best and overall is very clean and nice. Food is great and if you take your time to inspect your items and you will be fine. It’s a fast food place, not a la-carte restaurant. You can’t beat this price. 10 years strong and yes, it’s my local store.

Don’t bother with the turkey sub they forget to add the turkey. Waste of money !!! Top it off service is questionable. Don’t Ask for help or ice or you’ll get dirty looks and then someone yelling to the back of the store and saying absolutely nothing back to you.

Great Italian sub on a *gluten free roll. Don’t sleep on firehouse subs. The fact that they heat sandwiches is the difference. Excellent food and service. Thank you from tourist fueling for the parks.

The place was a mess when we walked in at 2 pm. All the tables were dirty. The drink station was out of lids and dirty. We love FIREHOUSE SUBS, so we ordered anyway. They gave us the wrong food and offered to bring us our food when they had it ready. Nope. They called us to the counter one at a time. One of the sandwiches was a chicken bacon ranch, they forgot the bacon. Best of all was the pickle. See picture. Employee response: “I mean, I can get you a different one, I got you.”

Very good sub restaurant. I had the hook and ladder sub and it was delicious. Their bread and meats are unbelievably fresh!!! My son had the turkey bacon ranch and it was super good as well. Their tea is fresh brewed as well. Tons of different sandwich choices to select from. Try it fully involved. They also have a lot of good chip choices. They also have good dessert cookies and brownies. The kids meal comes with a free fireman’s hat. They also donate to firefighters and support great causes. We will definitely return.

Roosevelt and the rest of the FH Subs crew here are the best! Part of the reason I make this MY Firehouse Subs. And I live in ALTAMONTE. Since I work at the nearby resorts, this place is always clean, friendly and efficient!
