The people here are very kind, which always makes a great impression and is important for any business. Unfortunately, the pricing just didn’t match the food for us. Nearly $40 for two sandwich meals felt steep, especially when the portions didn’t justify the cost. The sandwiches were mostly bread and could have used a lot more meat.
It was an unfortunate first experience and, sadly, likely our only visit due to the value not lining up with the price. That said, I genuinely love and respect the concept of supporting first responders.

I came in earlier at 11:55 9/21 and the service was great! The girl taking my order was very polite and everyone else seemed to be handling the rush which I admire! The food was awesome, best believe I will be coming back

My wife and I stopped by the other night about 30 minutes before closing. The food was still fresh and the staff was very nice! When I asked if we had time to eat inside they didn’t even hesitate to allow assure us that we had plenty of time!

Went in today and had the worst experience! Service was awful! The employees were not at all friendly or helpful. We ordered the new Thanksgiving sub, were asked if we wanted the meal, when asked what went with meal we got a rude answer. Our bill was $40.00 (after rounding up)! I don’t think we will be going back!

Ok “Firehouse Subs,” Greenville, TX……we’re hungry so, let’s see what kind of review we’re giving you today……
Ok, I had the “Hook and Ladder” salad . My wife had the “Hook and Ladder” sub sandwich. Both orders were great! The manager was friendly, hospitable, and he even checked on us to see how the food was. A huge thumbs up there. We gave the service a 2 star rating bc, even though the Mgr. was on his “A game,” two of the three of his employees were not smiling nor did they look as though they even wanted to be at work today. My wife upon receiving her order told the girl thank you but, there was no reply. One of them was the cashier, who gave my wife a “GO To Hell” look bc my wife was in a hurry to use the restroom before ordering her meal. When I went to order my meal, the same cashier was going so fast that I didn’t have time to get my chips. The atmosphere was also given a 2 star rating due to the fact that the two unhappy employees mentioned above, as we walked in, was enough to almost make us walk out. But, we were hungry so we stayed. Calling it judging or whatever you want but, I am a huge fb, Google, and You-Tube reviewer, and this is my review.
“If you’re going to work around food, please don’t come to work with a bad attitude or a miserable complex. And please don’t work around food if you’re going to wear a ton of metal hanging out of you nose and off of your face. I almost thought we were at one of these dope, vape shops or at Hot Topic or something. Wear what you want on your own time but, please look professional at work. You only get one chance to make a first impression. Kids these days need to at least act happy about even having a job.

I ordered a New York Steamer, and they didn’t even steam it. Meat was cold, stiff, hard to chew, and 90% sure it was the wrong kind of meat. I order the same thing every time I go to firehouse subs, this was my first time at this location, very disappointed, but the staff was friendly so I just ate it and went on with my day, but it continues to haunt me. I just can’t understand how you can fail to steam the New York Steamer, it’s in the name. I will never trust a sandwich again, especially one that hides behind a hefty toll of $20

25 min wait for a sandwich made incorrectly and with almost nothing on it. Same for my coworkers order. Pretty sad. Use to be really good and fast place. Not sure what was up today but I won’t be back for a while.
