For the cause I go to Firehouse subs. BUT THIS LOCATION ran by all men today March 7th, 2026. They’re nice to all the men and me, a woman, was ignored then had to wait for him start another order when my order was ready and just sitting there. He finished the order he was on, I asked for my order he said yes, acknowledging me, and then went on to start another order. 15 mins later after its been sitting there. My food is cold and disgusting! I need to hear from someone!

The Engineer is my go-to, and it is so satisfying. Every bite is like heaven!
We tried their new jerk turkey sub, as it comes and WOW! So very good with a little kick. The only draw back was the raw onion – I’ll get it with sautéed onions (if that’s an option) or without them all together next time. Otherwise, oh my goodness!!

Went to the register to place an order. Was told that they aren’t taking orders as they are too backed up on grubhub. That it will be a 20 minute wait. After walking away they turned away at least 10 customers as they are “too busy” to take in person orders and prioritized third party food service. I use to come about once a month. Will not be back.
