I had lunch at Firehouse Subs today and it was fantastic! The food was made fresh as we ordered, and in my opinion, the quality is better than other sub sandwich places. Plus, they have more choices for sides than just a bag of chips, which is a nice touch.
It’s also worth mentioning that a portion of every purchase at all US Firehouse Subs locations goes to the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation. This foundation provides lifesaving equipment to first responders, which is an amazing cause to support while enjoying a great meal.

I had never been. T.V. kept showing an add for the Fire House “French Dip” and I was hooked. I’ve been having issues with my appetite lately and I love ❤️ French Dip sandwiches and would get one at another local shoppe and I am here to say yours blew me away! I will definitely be back. This is the first time I ate something that didn’t make me regret it. Please extend the limited time on these.

Came in and ordered 2 sandwiches to go. Special requests on both. Both sandwiches were wrong. Unfortunately didn’t know until I got home. Staff was very pleasant but needs to pay attention to detail. Last trip there, sandwiches were barely toasted and overall not very good. Sadly we won’t be back for awhile until these things are resolved. Unfortunately, this has been one of our favorite places to eat in Hutchison. Owner is fantastic and I hope he deals with this before business goes elsewhere!

I used to love eating here and keep going back giving them a chance to clean this place up since writing the first review and communicating with the correct individuals. This place seems to just be getting worse.. The time before last I got a sandwich with no meat on it. Today the staff definitely had more manners but definitely lacked a little in organization which can obviously improve with experience if new employees. Something definitely understandable.The food quality was definitely not good. Worst sandwich I have had eating here and no pickle provided. I dont want to give up on this place but definitely didn’t get what I paid for

The last two times I have been in here to eat. The staff has been goofing around. All but the older sandwich maker.I really use to enjoy eating here. Today was completely unprofessional. I walked up and the gentleman at the counter had his back to me and was clowning around. I stood there for a bit when one of the employees facing me told him I was there. He started my order when he shouted past me hey your not supposed to be in here. Then laughs and say that’s my brother he is not supposed to be in here. He continues to take my order but then gets a phone call in which he silences. He asks my name for the order and I tell him he says I dont care what it is I’ll put in Frankenstein. Very unprofessional.. As I am waiting for my order I see his brother at the counter who he hands food without paying and his brother heads out the back door. The next set of customers he waits on while on his phone. When my sandwich is made in a timely manner I ask the lady if the person acting a total fool was their new manager because I saw him speaking to a gentleman who had been filling out an application. She said yes he was. This is truly sad to me.I will not be back till this place gets new management. He definitely doesn’t take his job seriously.

Idk how they make these subs but I have ordered from them a few times and by the time you actually get the sub to eat them even if it’s in the store the bottom piece of bread is so soggy it would stick against the wall then you have a few inches of lettuce thats constantly falling out all over the place
