No lie firehouse has my vote for the best sub shop in the city. Tons of good options! Always extremely delicious, fresh, and filling for a good price. 1 time they forgot my au jus with my french dip, but i blame myself for not checking the bag before leaving. Highly recommend!

A member of my family has Celiac disease, so going out to eat can be difficult for us all together. Many places either don’t know or don’t care to learn to accommodate it. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Firehouse both had a gluten free bread option, but also had good Celiac protocols. He was thrilled to have something he not only thought he’d never get to enjoy again, but was also so delicious. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate the staff going above and beyond for my family.

Ordered 2 French dip sandwiches with no pickles and a side of aju. No aju came with the order and all of our sandwiches had pickles. My husband’s Italian sub was so smothered in mayo it wasnt even edible. Definitely dissapointed, definitely wont be wasting my money here again.

Ordered a sub with no veggies simple order just the sandwich to go. Get to work to enjoy my food and the sub has everything on it that I ordered to not have. I dont enjoy getting a sandwich with a heaping pile of lettuce soggy tomatoes and a pile of onions on my sub which is why I ordered it without. Sandwich was ok at best I guess. Service was sub par trying to order and get stopped in middle of order to go help someone else instead of finishing the task at hand thought that was unprofessional. Disappointing to say the least
