Looks like slop. I didn’t know the club only comes with one piece of bacon. No slices of cheese on the sandwich. I would expect a small, medium or large would come with at least 2 to 3 slices of bacon. Upon arrival, a young man with short dreads looked at me like he was dumbfounded, when asking for my pick up order I made online. the bag was covered in shredded cheese and mayo. Unacceptable.

The food was good, and that’s why this review isn’t a 1 star. It should not take 20 minutes to make one medium sandwich. I ordered, got my chips and drink and sat down. As I’m waiting, I notice there’s about 9 others waiting on food. But there were 4 people behind the line. I was a part of the staff that opened this location back in 2014. We were trained by corporate employees. And one of the point they get across to you is that it only should take 4-7 minutes for someone’s order. Now I’d understand if they were slammed, but they were not slammed by any means. I even witnessed 2 other customers come up to the front to ask about the wait. With one of them changing their order from dine-in to to-go because it was taking so long. And when the staff was responding to this customer one of them mentioned that they were “short staffed”. Which was not true. There were 4 of them, and 10 people waiting for food. That’s plenty of hands to get the food out in a good time for the customer. I came in on 11-15-25 just after 2pm. They REALLY need to pick up the pace.

There was 3 people in my party. We placed our order at 5:01 pm & received it at 5:26 pm. I have been to other Firehouse Subs much more busier & took less time to get my food. There was only 2 other small groups of people in the restaurant & 3 or 4 to go orders. My sub was good, a Hook & Ladder. My son had the kids meatball sub & my husband had the med meatball sub with a side salad. Meatballs on both subs were burnt. My husband had to eat his salad with a spoon because there was no forks. He ordered extra pickles with his sub but didn’t receive them.

Come here maybe once a week to grab a sandwich. Im to the point into going to another sandwich shop. Constantly have to repeat myself. Cant hear the person a the register. Food was wrong last time took 3 sandwiches to get it right. They stand around while we wait for our food talking and cursing i tell them 2 to 3 times on the pickle and yet I never get one.

I used to be a General Manager at a Firehouse Subs in Gwinnett so I speak as both a customer and former manager when I say: this store has a great night crew. Line was staffed and the crew did a great job at balancing customer engagement and vibing to the music while also getting the food out properly and on time. Floor, tables, and sauce bar were clean; chips and cookie basket organized – exactly what the shop should look and feel like. I am a recent transplant to Fayetteville and will definitely revisit this location again.

Went in at 11:17 am there were five people behind the counter and One customer waiting for a sandwich.
It took them 20 minutes to make my hook and ladder. That’s absolutely ridiculous. Ruined my lunch break. Made me late returning from lunch and I had to eat it while I was driving.
If your time’s valuable, do not go here

While l like their subs and what it stands for, my experience can go from excellent to disappointing fast. I ordered my subs, it was repeated back and I ok’d. Got it home and one sub was to have light mayo and onions….it was involved. Another only tomatoes, pickles and light on mayo and mustard….again involved. Also had enough oil on anther to fry chicken in. Why ask me how I want my subs if you are not going to make them as requested?!

When I first walked in, saw that the cashier had a bonnet on her head , I immediately felt like turning around but a storm was coming. It was my first visit struggled with the terminology.. thought establishment was similar to Subway.. She was not helpful with the actual ingredients you all carry .. I preceded anyway (2nd red flag) Then it took 40 minutes to get sandwich.. (4) employees behind there ..She called Mrs.Woods…I go up did you say Mrs.Rooks rudely no … I explained my order..She realized it was me .. food bag up handed it to me .. I SAID THANK you ..She said YEAH

If I hadn’t had a long stressful week trying to beat the storm.. I clearly would have asked for a refund..

I will not be visiting this place again
