Definitely don’t get the situation here …. We did an online order for “ASAP” – well they don’t bother to tell you that your online order will be prioritized AFTER orders placed inside the store. Apparently it told the store not to have our order ready until 20 minutes after our arrival but didn’t bother to tell us that. Our kids ordered inside and had their order after a 15 minute wait, our order placed BEFORE theirs wasn’t ready for an additional 10 minutes. This created a much longer road stop then intended. The $12 salad was put into 2 small containers with NO explanation as to why. Very small portion for $12. The staff did not say “thank you” for our small donation to the first responder fund. The 4″ sub sandwich was good and we appreciated the option to add extra meat for a fee. This made for just under a ten dollar sandwich for 4″. The 50% off coupon code for signing up for emails, conveniently would not work on our order though there was no explanation as to why.

I ordered two kids meals, but the treats that normally come with the meals were missing. Additionally, the meatball sandwich I received had an excessive amount of seasoning, which affected the overall taste.

Firehouse Subs never disappoints. The sandwiches are always hot, fresh, and loaded with quality meats and cheese. You can really taste the difference with the steamed subs, and the bread is soft but holds everything together perfectly. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the service is quick even during busy times. Great portions, great flavor, and supporting a good cause makes it even better. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a solid sub.

I stopped coming here about a year ago because it kept disappointing. Decided to give it another shot yesterday and wow they have changed it around! By the time I was done chatting with their very friendly cashier, my order was already done! I was a little cautious considering how fast it came out but damn that was the best sandwich I have had in a long time! Great job to their awesome staff!

Yummy subs. Love the bread toasted. Everyone at the counter was friendly. Came here for a school fundraiser night. Turkey bacon ranch was delicious. Lettuce was nice and crunchy and had great flavor. Small was a good size. Daughter loved her Italian sub. All the meats were very good. The loaded potato soup was okay, but wouldn’t get again. Very one note. Sugar cookies were good not to dry.
