Reviews
We typically go to our Firehouse in Clarksville and they are great. This Dandridge location reflects terribly on this particular business. We only had one car in front of us and no one behind us in the drivethru line, we spent over 30 minutes there with no one coming to the window at all. My husband had to go in and the result was us leaving and going to Arby’s instead(they were much better by the way and better pricing).
When my husband went in to check on the food, the employees at Firehouse subs were childish and unprofessional. They still had not even started our food, even at 30+minutes. I just want to mention that we are talking about sandwiches and chips here, that require no cooking… at the most, maybe a little zap of heat. There were at least 5-6 employees there…just saying we do not need a professional chef, just efficiency, which they apparently need to work on.
We always get the same thing. Today the subs were very sloppy made. When we got them home they were all to pieces, you could not pick them up to eat. We fixed them the best we could so we could eat them.
The guys and the girl that were making the subs did a very poor job. We were very DISAPPOINTED.
We will be back for another try, but if those that made the subs today are working we will NOT order
I told the guy last week when we were in there how good the subs were. I didn’t get his name, he does a fabulous job when he makes our subs. Maybe the people working today could use some more training. We were in there at 3:00 pm today.
All employees were completely rude when I went inside to find out why it was taking over 30 mins for small subs. All employees justified their speed and said there was online orders ahead of customers that actually are at the store. Stupid… Take care of your customers that are at your store. When I asked the employees if they knew the poor ratings they had at this store for speed and accuracy on orders the one employee said “well maybe you should have listened to the poor reviews.” I mean what??? Firehouse employees actually telling customers to maybe listen to the poor reviews and not shop at their store. The general manager of this location should look into their employees or Firehouse subs should seriously take a look at this store as it is making the franchise look horrible.
DO BETTER DANDRIDGE FIREHOUSE SUBS!!!
Stopped in today, a Monday, and placed a to-go order at 3:45pm per the receipt. It wasn’t very busy in there, as to be expected at 3:45pm on a Monday. After waiting twenty minutes, I looked behind the sandwich making counter and witnessed 3-4 employees just standing around. I asked one if our sandwiches were coming up soon. Was told ours were next. Finally, at 4:12pm, we were given two sandwiches and went home.
Notice I didn’t say we received OUR two sandwiches. Neither one was on wheat bread (again, as the receipt reflects), and my sandwich was definitely NOT the NY Steamer with extra mayo I ordered. Was some sort of chicken onion thing (see attached picture).
This was utterly ridiculous. Nearly half an hour to get two medium sandwiches, and in the end, they still weren’t even correct. I have a feeling this location won’t be open very long.
Update: I noticed the business is responding to the positive reviews while ignoring those of us who have had very similar bad experiences. I even took the survey on the receipt and asked to be contacted about my experience, and yet, nothing.
Had to go back in to get the rest of my order. Bread not toasted, wrong condiments, asked for 8 extra pickles, offered to pay. Should have had 4 with the sandwiches, checked the bag, have 3. Went back in and asked for my pickles, one worker told the other he gave me 6. I said I wanted 8 extra pickles so they put 7 in a box. Very frustrating to do business with grown men that cannot count or be truthful.
Look at my money good because I will never be back!
Last 3 times I have been there the order was wrong.
The one at merchants green doesn’t do people this way.
