They were really nice here. And helpful. As a Vegan they don’t have a real option for me though. I tried their veggie sub with mushrooms but it didn’t hit at all. I really wish they had a veggie patty! That would have totally made the sub a good one for a Vegan. But when I tell u the workers were sweet and helpful, I mean that. And I thank them so much.

This is honestly disappointing, i have come here countless times hoping for a good sub since they have better steak than subway but every single time i come here i ask for no cheese on my sub, i put it on the receipt and tell thr person taking my order multiple times to do no cheese. But it seems no matter who takes or makes my order everytime they give me cheese. If you want to go to a place where they listen to your order go to subway because pen station will do the same thing but there the person taking your order also makes your food and they can still manage to add cheese somehow

This was located near the campus of Northern Kentucky University. Never had Firehouse Sub. I was very pleased with my choices. 1. To eat here and 2. Having the meatball sub. Clean dining hall and bathrooms. Staff was working hard and was very friendly. The sub was delicious. I will definitely eat at another Firehouse Sub.

You have to raise prices, okay.
You have to shrink your food usage, not as okay.
When you do both it’s nothing more than a recipe for another empty building.

Overall quality of the food was terrible. We thought we would try this place since Jersey Mike’s was closed. Big mistake. Portions were small, bread was soggy and somehow stale at the same time, meat was slimy, tomatoes were cut poorly and mealy, slathered in mayo when we specified no mayo. On the receipt it even clearly said, No Mayo. Got the wrong chips. Worst of all the prices were crazy! Just really, really horrible.
I understand it’s hard to find reliable workers who care about their job but this seems like numerous issues that a manager should be able to resolve. I’m not asking for much here but you gotta give me something.
All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Take you money to a deli and make your own sandwich.
