I wish I would have gotten the names of the employees, all 3 working were friendly and provided great service. The food is always good. A bit pricey..$40 for two people (med and large sandwich, one chip, one drink, round up change for fire departments and few $ tip) so we don’t go too often. Hook and ladder is my favorite and my son loves the Cajun chicken.

Wanted to give a shout out to Troy! He was working hard today. As far as I could tell he was literally the only person on duty when I was there. I placed a big order for pick up and he had it ready when I arrived but still was able to deal with the two customers ahead of me in a timely and professional manner. He did it all with a professional and cheerful aire. He deserves to be recognized for his performance. Great job and great food!

I come to this location often and always order a medium combo. When I got the sandwich it was very small and I asked if it was the medium and she said yes. For $19 this is ridiculous. I ate half before I took the Pic but you can see how small half is and the half I ate was smaller.

Good sandwiches and worth a visit.
This location is rarely busy in the morning, which helps with my schedule.
However, they do sometimes make errors or won’t have certain ingredients.
The app won’t tell you when they don’t have ingredients.
I also had an issue with the service.
I made an online pickup order for the 7th, making me the first customer of the day. I claimed my loyalty points for a large sub, and they gave me a medium instead. I contacted customer service and had no resolution to the error. No refund or giving me back my points.
I enjoy Firehouse, but I will now consider going somewhere else. Loyalty means nothing if they don’t respect their own system.
If I do go back, I will inspect the bag before I walk out the door. I tend to trust the employees when I do a pickup order. But now I have to reconsider.

Stopped in tonight on our way back from Las Vegas. The food was very good (italian sandwich was better than the firehouse). The staff was extra friendly and accommodating. There was a man in there before us with autism and they were extra patient with him – which was really refreshing and encouraging.

I had an amazing experience at Firehouse Subs thanks to Ricardo! From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly attentive. He took the time to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it, and even offered great suggestions. You can tell he takes pride in his work—my sub was made perfectly and tasted delicious. Ricardo’s customer service is top-notch, and he truly made my visit memorable. Give that man a raise! I’ll definitely be back.

Came in two hours before closing they don’t have the stuffing to make the limited time thanksgiving sandwich. Like always staff is rude and slow and are no help with the menu. Also false advertising on the sandwich the combo picture shows sprite, cookie, gravy, and sandwich . And in camouflage writing it says add a side off gravy but in the picture it has it right there like it comes with the combo shows sprite. False advertising if u ask me . Not only that they don’t have stuffing two hours before closing to make a sandwich that is advertised everywhere in the store. Ridiculous if h ask me .

It was 8:37 PM and the door said that they close at 9:30 but the two workers that we’re working tonight April 11, 2025 told us they were closing so they have already turned off the hot meats and couldn’t make us warm subs. When I said that that was OK if they weren’t that warm, they rolled her eyes, looked at each other and huff and puffed because they really did not wanna make us any subs.
