It’s been awhile since I’ve been to Firehouse but I can’t believe this is a medium sandwich. It was awfully small to be $10 and I asked for wheat bread. It looked more like white. I can’t go back because it’s closed. I’m not even sure what to do.

the food is always super good but recently whenever i’ve been in here the tables are dirty, the bathroom is crusty, and the employees seem like they hate their life and don’t want to be there. i get it’s probably not the best job in the world but you can at least get my order without talking over me before i finish saying what i want to get. also had an employee come in talking about sitting on somebody’s lap which is super inappropriate ♀️

7:14 Time stamp when I left the store. I thought my eyes were deceving me as I stood waiting for my food to be made and a man sitting by the door alone SMOKING A VAPE AND SMOKE GOING EVERYWHERE AND NOT ONE THE EMPLOYEES IN THERE ASKED THAT GUY TO STEP OUT SIDE AND SMOKE! I KNOW THEY SAW THAT GUY SMOKING BECAUSE I LOOKING AT THEM TO SEE IF THEY WOULD DO ANYTHING AND THEY DID NOTHING!THIS WAS MY FAVORITE SPOT TO GET MY SUBS AND NOW IM DONE! ITS A HEALTH RISK AS WELL. I was really unimpressed with those Firehouse subs, I really should have just gone next door and gotten the sub sandwich from Publix it would have been half the price. There is no reason that the sandwich should have been $20 and had that super shredded iceberg lettuce that taste fake. Unfortunately my girlfriend seems to like Firehouse Subs and I will have to suffer through more of these experiences.

The location has a clean interior and exterior. The staff was professional and accurately recorded the orders. The were helpful in letting you know the specials and about the add ons to make up a combo. The food and drinks were VERY in good! The ONLY thing that may hinder my return to this location will/ would be that HORRIBLE Harbison traffic‼️ ♀️

I went to this location on yesterday ready for a sub and to my surprise, one of the workers was walking in the parking lot with his hands in his crouch. Yes, I headed straight to another restaurant. This is very disappointing because if he was walking out the restaurant like that he was probably inside doing the same.

This particular Firehouse Subs every time I go there my order is made fresh on the spot and right even when they’re extremely busy that kind of accuracy is hard to find nowadays it’s still nice that they continue to help First Responders out the Italian sub is amazing but their Philly cheesesteak definitely gives a run for its money please check this place out it’s a good sub shop any help local Hometown Heroes too

Staff not friendly. I Walked to counter to place order, employee standing at register wringing out the dishcloth, made eye contact with me, yet did not speak and walked away for someone else to help me. Out of 4 employees, one finally took my order. I was the only customer in the building, not like you were busy. Will not return. Too bad, had I been treated with respect I may have bought your dinner. Oh well…

This restaurant made my sandwich wrong. I wasn’t able to return to the establishment to get it fixed same day due to work. When I returned the young lady at the register was very kind and states that she remembered me but the manager was not willing to replace my order bc I didn’t have the receipt. I advised I can pull up my online banking app to show proof of purchase and that I was in the establishment. The manager would not right the wrong of firehouse. The food typically is good but this interaction made me not want to spend money there anymore.
