I’d love to give 5 stars but can’t this time.. Sandwiches were good, the issue was in the sides. Chips thrown in the bottom of our bag and powder, cookies broken up. When we called we were told “ we have new people working they probably dropped them”. Working in food service things happen, but feel this was not acceptable to send out.

My second time at this restaurant. Both times I got the new York steamer. First time was delicious. This time was good but seems like it was lacking on the meat. Alot of bread little meat. The last of my sandwich was all bread… so there was about a third of the half of sandwich that was nothing but bread. Also its January and was pretty cold outside and I think it would have been nicer outside. It was freezing cold in there. Food was good just could have been a little more considering the price.

Haven’t been to a Firehouse Subs in 10+ years. Drove by and decided to stop in. Really good sandwich! Not a fan of them asking for a tip when you are paying $38 for two combos at a sandwich shop, but otherwise a good experience and will be back.

I’ve tried different sub sandwich places and this one is the best. I make a special trip here just to get sub sandwiches. The sandwiches always taste great. They’re fresh bread is awesome and the meat and toppings are always good. Just love it. And the profits help first responders.

The employees were very sweet and the food was amazing. I said I’m allergic to vinegar and they accommodated with ease. It was a fairly quiet and peaceful place for lunch as well, not too busy at all. We especially loved the mural and the fire chief hats :-))

It was a good sandwich piled with a lot of meat. The only problem with it was that the bread was a little soggy. The bread was fresh and had a good taste but could have been toasted a little more on the inside.

My husband went & got us lunch at Firehouse, today. He got us both the Smokehouse brisket and cheddar. OMGSH, it was the best brisket sub I have ever eaten!!! So smoky and succulent. If I had to complain about anything, it was extremely overpriced & for the price, they should give you more meat on it, for sure! $36 for 2 combos! This is the ONLY reason why I can’t give a 5 star. Due to the price, my husband said he will not be back. We enjoy our weekend cheat meals, but we could have bought a whole brisket for $40 & smoked it on our Traeger. Again, it was absolutely delicious, but not for the price.

Tonight I ordered the Jamaican Jerk turkey sandwich. With double meat and extra cheese. The Jerk sauce is so amazing. It comes with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions and mayo. The flavor profile is on point. Definitely check this sandwich out if your craving a delicious sub.
Side note: they do carry gluten free sub rolls.. it only comes in a medium and their is a $2 up charge for it.

I had the Italian on gluten free bread. The sandwich and service were good. The gluten free bread is soft. There are plenty of tables, but most people seem to place the orders “to go”. The drink selections were limited as it seemed several flavors needed to be replaced.
